I come into this store 3 days a week to TRY to get a vegan wrap and 9 times out of 10, they're not on the shelf. If they're that popular, maybe you could put more out? I come around 8:30 and there's almost never one for me ?. Please change how you stock the shelves ???

I really love this cafe. All staffs are friendly and helpful, especailly Carmela, Daniela and Maria, they are always keep smile on their face. So i come here for my breakfast everyday.

Purchased a Salted Caramel Latte, the latte did not taste that good and some of the tables were a bit messy - at one point some type of liquid sugar/syrup got onto the side of my phone case from what I presumed was a clean table and made a giant mess on it.
After drinking around half of my latte I take a sip and feel something weird on my tongue which turned out to be a hair, I was NOT happy.
Left and tossed the rest of my latte, £4.30 wasted. Aside from that, the staff were nice enough so I can't fault them there, but I wouldn't come back.

Have had a horribly busy day week and didn't have chance to make my packed lunch today. Went into Pret, whilst on the phone and walking between meetings. I felt really rude as I was on a call that I just couldn't break away from. The guy behind the counter was so lovely, and we did all sorts of random mimes to each other, but I got my lunch and he clearly understood how stressed I was. Thank you Pret... I've managed to not go hungry this lunch time!
