I want to share my wonderful experience with one of your an exceptional employee Mr. Scott. He appears to be in his mid-20s to early 30s and is a shining example of professionalism and dedication.
Mr. Scott is incredibly organized, well-mannered, and humble. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he engages with every customer with kindness, patience, and a professional attitude. It?s clear he genuinely enjoys his work, and this positivity creates a welcoming atmosphere in the coffee shop.
Employees like Scott are the backbone of any successful company. I strongly recommend that his efforts and skills be recognized and appreciated by his organization. He is truly an asset, and I believe he deserves consideration for higher responsibilities within the company.

Lovely lady on Saturday 14th Sept gave amazing customer service, at about 5 ish. Food always lovely and well presented in the fridges. May I suggest to anyone reading this the Italian Chicken Salad and the Scandi Salmon Roll, delicious.

Lady called Sephora served me. I asked if I could pay on two separate cards but the first payment needed to be exactly £10 (it was for work). Despite the shop seeming understaffed and busy. This lady helped me out massively. I was being fussy with my order even though I noticed the staff seemed stressed. It was clearly quite difficult as the systems must be different to the retail store I work in. I really appreciate your hospitality and the length you went to for me as a customer. Thank you very much Sephora, I?m sorry to have caused a bother?
