I have been working with Prestige since May 2021 either as a bank role or full time and I have enjoyed meeting a variety of different clients, from complex care to social support so I have loved the experience I have gained from this and the amazing training that prestige provide specific to each individual client. The office staff are very helpful and make sure you have plenty of work that you are happy with. I am enjoying continuing to work with prestige full time and the amazing other staff members I get to work with and the clients I have met.

Prestige is an amazing place to work. I have worked for them for around 9 years now they have always provided me with as many hours as I need and always helped me to cover shifts if I needed time off. The office staff work hard to make sure all shifts are covered and all support workers are happy with the rota they get. I?m so glad I joined prestige and couldn?t imagine leaving

Great place to work, they look after you, flexible work hours ,which fits into your schedule,pay is good,with holiday pay .office staff are approachable and very professional no problem to small all ways at the end of the phone to answer your call

I have worked for Prestige for almost 10 years both as a support worker and within the branch team and I can say with certainty it is the best place I have ever worked. The owners Danny & Paul are the best people to work for who truly care about their employees and the continued provision of quality care for our clients and welfare of our staff. They regularly provide support both for branch staff and our support workers whether this be in form of well-being days or helping out in a crisis.With regards to the care that is provided, the branch team always endeavour to provide team consistently, quality & in depth training and communication is our strong suit. This is reflected in our packages where we have had staff work with the same clients for a number of years & never shying away from a challenge.Prestige North Manchester is a fantastic place to work and I couldn?t think of ever working elsewhere!

I have worked in care for 30 years so have experience in many different care settings. I have worked for prestige around 9 years. In that time I have never been without work. Prestige have made me the confident person I am today by having faith in me to do the job I love and supporting me along the way both in my work and personal life. The training they offer is of a high standard of which at times I have been grateful for the knowledge and has helped me out of some difficult situations had I not been given the training could of ended negatively. I have always found all members of the office team to be very approachable and understanding no matter what the issue may be which is important to me as I like to think we are one big team trying to deliver the best care possible to the highest standards. I will continue to work for prestige as long as I'm physically able to and hope to continue meeting new clients and building long term relationships.Thank you prestige ?

I started training with prestige at 18 years old in February 2020. I have now worked with them for 3 years and what a great experience it has been.Firstly, I?d like to thank Prestige for giving me a chance having no previous care experience, it really meant a lot at the time and continues to do today. The office staff have always been there and really helped settle me into care work, making sure I was fully confident and comfortable in my job before working solo shifts.So, if your thinking of joining care I highly suggest prestige for all ages!

I joined Prestige around 9 years ago. Every month I submit my availability & they send me my rota in advance. There is also the opportunity to pick up extra shifts which are shared in a group chat. They offer a high standard of classroom training & they have a members portal where you can stay upto date with your e-learning, view your payslips & request your holiday pay. The office staff are very knowledgeable & friendly & there is always someone "on call" to help if needed

I worked at prestige for many years, they supported me to progress doing my nvq health and social care and any other additional training available I wanted to do, the team where always supportive and allowed me to work flexible working hours. Placing me with clients that were suited to me and the client was always considered carefully due to the complex needs. Any concerns I had were always listened to and acted on and can?t thank them enough for supporting me with my progression I would defiantly recommend this as a place to work.

I have worked with Prestige Nursing since 2010. The team at the office makes for a very inclusive environment. One that is diverse and unprejudiced towards all faiths, values and beliefs. As a result, a sense of belonging among employees is established, in turn making them feel more connected and productive.

Great place to work . The office staff are fantastic . Friendly and welcoming. Communication is great with your shifts and training ( which is paid ) good shifts to suit and lots of hours if needed . I?ve been there over 8 years . Good pay and working environment . I would recommend prestige to everyone
