The best treatments with a family feeling, after a couple of visits I realised that I had become a family/friend member as well as finding reasonable prices even though the premium products are being used!!! The best find I ever made and several years later I still feel as happy as the first time.The friendly atmosphere does feel relaxed but if at any point the conversation turns to information about the treatment or explanation of why a treatment would be beneficial or even not beneficial it is done so in a very professional and informative manner. Another reason I stay loyal is due to the latter, many places would take my money for a treatment that would not benefit my nails or skin, yet here they are honest. That matters. The focus is on giving flawless treatments every time and always doing right by people like me, which is such an admirable thing in a business. Most would simply take the money but its clear to me Teresa became successful by being true to us.The place is looking better every time I attend as they seem to be sprucing things up again even though they have just suffered another break in.Sometimes they can run like 5/10 minutes behind, I have never found a decent place that doesn't run slightly behind, but they always have advised me if they are and infact I had conversation with a woman whilst I was waiting and she had me giggling with her banter towards Teresa and showed me photos of her skills in art and design (I presume she was an assistant of some kind), passed the wait in a flash. In fact she explained how important the internet and our say is to salons so others can find gems, so as promised I have my younger friend writing this today.I always look forward to my visits and I can honestly recommend Teresa's waxing and brow shapes with tint and Lucy-Roses manicures. I had the treat of a manicure by the new girl, Carleigh, and I have been over the moon with my nails.I recently enquired about neck shoulder and back massage and Facial by Sabbah, something I have never experienced before yet I am looking forward to arranging the treatment in the New Year.Thanks lady's for all the above.Dictated by and Wrote on behalf of a long term client due to not having any kind of interaction with the internet or socials.Client says you will know who she is.

Went to have my acrylics removed and the team were so patient and knowledgable. This was my first time getting acrylics with a different salon and the quality of the products originally weren?t used but Prestige were patient and cared for me and my nails with professionalism and knowledge.
