The gentelman was nothing else but amazing. Unfortunately the apartment was oyfu...the owners need to make some restructuring, otherwise in this condition and for this money I'm afraid nobody will rent it...furniture was very old and out of use... they need to invest some money because the apartment has potential...

Hi, from my first telephone interactions with Sam, then the receipt of the most comprehensive registration form via email I have received from any letting agency, to meeting Adam today at the viewing of the apartment my wife and I were interested in, Premier Residential has been, as their name suggests, a ?premier? experience. Just superb, and superb because of the personalities of the staff we have encountered and who have helped us. Sam and Adam were interested in us, empathetic to our questions and concerns, and polite, friendly, and professional. Premier Residential and Adam had been recommended to us by a building manager at another premises we visited, and it was by coincidence that he was the agent who oversaw our viewing of the apartment we visited which I had found online. The landlord, who we met briefly, explained too, how pleased they were with Premier Residential?s conducting of their rental initiative, and the trust they had in the company to manage their property once it was let. There?s not a lot left to say with regard to the quality of Premier Residential?s service as a letting agency. Top of the League table in all respects.

Premier Residential Estate Agents are one the best Estate Agents in the UK providing excellent services. I have interacted with several agents and have not found anyone close to Premier Residential. I wish them best of luck for their continued success.

From the moment I contacted Premier Residential Lettings in Sept?23, I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They were always quick to answer my questions and concerns, which was super refreshing compared to the x10 other letting agents I was dealing with at that time. It was a crazy time to rent.I was particularly impressed with Georgia responding to my questions & when I moved in there was an issue. It was dealt with immediately, no questions, no qualms, in fact she was more proactive than me!Even during the pre-rent procedures Adam was backing up Georgia while on vacation, same super response. This kind of dedication is rare to find in the letting agents in my view and it made a real difference in my experience.Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Premier Residential Lettings to anyone looking for a responsive, client-focused letting agent.

The landlord has been amazing. They have helped any time something has gone wrong. They do not invade your space and we're very accommodating to the fact we have cats. Best experience I could have asked for.

Hello there,I would like to express my thoughts for new tenants and landlords who will be dealing with Premier Residential Lettings.I'm a tenant in the last 5 years and my experience is still as good as the first day. We put our trust and faith to this agency and we have not been let down. Sam and Adam both are a wonderfully caring person but mainly professional and efficient. The flat I have as had a few issues but as soon as I mention anything to my landlord it is all sorted out asap. I could t ask for better landlord or company to rent from 10/10

We have been living in our apartment for a while now. Extremely impressed with it! The building maintenance is always around and super helpful aswell as Adam and Sam made the process of moving in and remedying any issues effortless. I didn't think a lettong agency could be this good !
