Stayed here for a business trip on a Monday night.Comfortable well-appointed rooms at a very good price.One or two maintenance issues, but nothing major. Despite my room being next to a main road, it was quiet and well insulated for noise...... other than the slightly creaking stairs.Staff were all friendly and welcoming.Breakfast is served in the Beefeater next door.I would stay here again.Rooms: Comfortable beds and well equipped rooms.

It is what it is. A premier inn. Nothing fancy but good basic rooms. Bed great and shower is the nuts. Staff friendly and polite.

Weekend stay. Room very clean.Down side. From our room on the 2nd floor, you could hear the person on the 3rd floor walking, HEAVILY, across the room.Plus room was nr communal door which creeked this too we could hear .This disturbs our sleep. Other than this, which really is a matter of good maintenance, it would have had full stars from me...Nearby activities: Local express shops are a few minutes away as well as restaurants, cafes, cashpoint, news agents, a park,local tramline, takeaway etc
