No hot water to shower with or wash your hands. No compensation or refund offered currently. Room is lovely though with a great view.
I would also fix the wording of your 'chargeable parking space' as it makes it sound like you have a place to charge electric cars.

Massive issue with toilets, someone in hotel had obviously blocked the toilet pipes which caused our toilet to back up a lot. Reported this to staff several times and they said they couldn?t do anything. As a result of this we had to restrict how many times we went to the toilet. Not good considering be able to use the toilet is a necessity

Room very basic, stayed in premier inns all over the country and the rooms are a let down. They are clean but dull and need updating. Reception is not inviting. But staff are very friendly. Expected more from such a great location.
Rooms: Disappointing.
Nearby activities: Shopping centre and bars nearby.
Walkability: Good for lowery theatre.

If you stay at this hotel and want a good nights sleep, BRING EAR PLUGS!
I have stayed in several Premier Inn hotels and usually don?t mind them but I have to admit I am not a fan of this one. I stayed one night for business in December 2024. Upon entering my room I was hit with a slightly unpleasant small - nothing too crazy but I assume this came from the en suite. I was awoken from my slumber at every hour throughout the night because the room I was given was right by the doors to the lift and stairwell. I was constantly woken up by people slamming the doors shut. To make matters worse, the hotels walls seemed to be paper thin and I could constantly hear guests talking at all hours of the night. I woke up feeling tired and frustrated. The Beefeater restaurant was ok. Had a steak there for dinner which was good but the breakfast was a bit disappointed. Mushrooms and bacon were barely cooked and there just wasn?t much on offer. Probably would avoid this hotel in the future.

Stayed here in connection with visiting Old Trafford and for that it is a perfect hotel, far enough away to have peace and quiet but still so close that you can easily walk back and forth.
Nice service from the employees and the room was a nice size as well as clean and nice.

It was adequate, the bed and room were dated and not the comfiest mattress and pillows compared to other premier inns I have stayed in. When upstairs had a shower something in our bathroom was banging for a while, no switch on the desk lamp as this was broken and is was attached to the table and the towel rail was rusty. Location was ideal for media city. Person on front desk when checking in was not in the best mood. Perhaps having a bad day? No one on desk at checkout so couldn't relay issues to them.

Hotel was noisy from people up and down stairs seemingly all night. Reception staff was unwelcoming and kinda rude. Great location and nice views

Arrived late in the evening and was greeted warmly by Mia and Nicoli on the reception desk .
Very helpful with local knowledge
Rooms: Standard room , clean
Food and drinks: Had breakfast next door at the beefeater . Cooked to order hot food . Chef stephen made prefect poached eggs
