Stayed here this week, usually can't go wrong with a premier inn. Rooms were good and clean, Service was good.Issue with this site is there isn't a physical bar in the hotel. You can get drinks but they are in a locked fridge and only bottled drinks and if you have booked a meal deal there are limited options to choose from for an evening meal. We ordered the carbonara and it was cooked in a microwave as it was served part cold. Sent it back and then came back a few min later piping hot.There is a TGI Fridays next door if you want a wider choice.I would stay again but not book a meal deal.

Staff are decent through out your whole stay, atmosphere is ok as with anywhere you do get people being loud but thats everywhere nowadays, can get really busy at times an as theres only 1 person on desk you might have to wait a bit but generally ok.. the thing i dont understand is premier inn all over a making a fortune as a hotel yet their rooms are looking very tired n very aged n abit depressing if im honest.. during my stay discovered the other twin bed was broken, the door to the disabled walk in was broken it wouldnt shut an if its not bad that a disabled person is already disabled the beds are so low an there is nothing for anyone to hold onto to get themselves up especially when u have no balance.. i really do think that premier inn need to work on this and also instead of normal outdated 40 inch tvs maybe put in a decent 50 inch slim widescreen thats a smart tv so customers can connect thier own netflix/amazon/youtube an stuff because lets face it british tv has gone down the drain along time ago with nothing to watch apart from game shows or gogglebox for saddos.. also id like to say if u have a lie in n dont check out early the workers can be heard making lots of noise in the corridors with thier loud laughing n joking noises not giving a toss if anyone is asleep or not, they need to sort themselves out aswel.. apart from that the hotel is very basic, it does the job.Rooms: The rooms need a major overhaul, new carpets, new curtains, new comfy beds, new proper tvs, all fixtures n fittings sorted out by a handyman properly.. also the hotel might want to introduce room service for a price.. just an idea..Walkability: Too far to walk to the nearest disabled room which is too too far away from reception.Noteworthy details: Disabled rooms are well far from reception which i find idiotic, disabled residents need to be closer to reception if anything

Staff friendly on arrival, rooms clean and as expected, plenty of parking. Had the meal deal and breakfast was good but the evening meal choice was limited and not the same standard as other Premier inns so worth going elsewhere for good. TGI next door and plenty of fast food outlets within walking distance.Food & drinks: Meal deal listed food choice not good and below par.

Great place for a night or 2.. clean tidy and good staff, I think it was Nat on the breakfast, lovely girl, the who's two boys plays football..Great help and friendly.

One of the most friendliest place I have ever stayed. Staff wonderful. Premier Inn keep hold of them all, you should be grateful for having such good staff.

Unfaithful staff, made my stay uncomfortable. And the room door doesn't have any soundproof. I woke up every time when someone walked the corridor at midnight.

We took my grandchildren to have breakfast with Santa . Decorations looked amazing and so did the food.Aimee, Natalie,Pete and Kirsty thank you for this special moment for the kids.Great charity event hope you do this for next year.

Went with my grandchildren to the charity Father Christmas breakfast and me and my wife and the children had an excellent breakfast. Thanks to Nat (the elf) and Pete(the photographer)and of course Father Christmas who made my grandchildrens morning really special.
