Stayed here ahead of a game. Great hotel, great staff, and fabulous rooms.I asked for an early check in and it wasn't a problem. Also asked for a room with a view and this is what they gave me!The hotel is ridiculously close to the ground and easy access to the tram line (took me less than 45 minutes to get from the Airport to the Hotel).It was also much cheaper than the overpriced hotel across the road.

We were there as a family and were planning on doing the stadium tour so ideal location for what we wanted to do. Parking is reasonably priced compared to competitors, service by staff was fantastic and we all enjoyed our stay

Just another Premier Inn but with this one it cost you £20 to park your car over night. All in all it's a good hotel and as usual always loved the comfy bed and pillows. Location is just across the road to ManU stadium. Avoid match days if you like your quiet times ?

Rooms very bland. No fridge. TV is in the middle of the wall and bed is offset to it. Shower had a split hose over the bath. Nothing in the area to do. Good location for tram stop behind hotel but is very loud in the morning. Staff were friendly in the restaurant. Food took over an hour to arrive and some people had not been served in that time. Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but needs to improve on the basics as described. Parking is an issue for the amount of people there. £6 a night on top of original bill to park.

Rooms were as expected for a Premier Inn, and the price of our room was extremely reasonable! The location is literally only great for if you?re going to the stadium or the O2 Victoria Warehouse over the road, though as there isn?t much around there.When arriving to the hotel it was around 1pm and we tried to get early check in for our room. We were more than happy to pay but they couldn?t accommodate us yet, which was fine. The lovely receptionist said to us if we came back just after 2 the room would be ready, and we wouldn?t need to pay the extra £10, so we did just that. It got to about 2:40pm until we got just one keycard for our room because the tills went down for a good 10 mins, then the lady asked us to pay the £10 early check-in fee? 20 mins before normal check-in? I understand the tills went down, but I was told before I wouldn?t have to pay the fee! There were places I had to be so didn?t fight against it.I?ll be staying here again soon for another concert and hoping for a less stressful experience. But as I said, the price of this Premier Inn is still really good and I was very happy with that!Rooms: Our room was very clean and neatly presented. We got a family room with a double bed and two twin beds which were comfy.The bathroom was spacious and well-stocked.

No one has ever cleaned the bathroom floors ever. Nice views and everything. For me bathrooms make or break. Yuck sticky floors.

So handy for the tram and media city, Manchester United stadium. Only criticism was that our room wasn't ready, check in from 3pm and we got there at 4.30pm and we had to wait another 40 minutes, but to be fair they were short in housekeepers. Clean room, nice

Staff were friendly and welcoming, let us leave our bags early on the day of arrival and leave them on the day of check in until we were ready to go home. There was a good choice for breakfast. The room was clean and beds comfy. Located just a minute walk away from the tram stop for easy access to other locationsRooms: Clean and tidy roomNearby activities: Old trafford is accross the road. The team station is a minute walk away for easy access to other activities such as Trafford Centre and into Manchester
