Great location ? just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and close to a lively road, but tucked away enough to stay quiet. The lounge has a trendy bar with decent drinks deals, and the breakfast options were solid. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside was the area near the lifts ? right next to the toilets and it smelled bad, which let the hygiene down a bit. Aside from that, I?d definitely stay again.

Update on another stay £4:15 for a small redbull at the bar - customer service awful from the same person multiple times. Rooms are still great condition and a great walk to the very centre!
Great nights sleep, rooms are clean and reception and bar have a great look. You can self check in and views are decent. 3 minutes away from the train station, no trams right outside as that can be a nightmare in the AM hours.
Rooms: Good size, nice finish and modern
Walkability: City centre and right beside Piccadilly station.
Food and drinks: Good quality hotel meals and fairly priced

Rude Staff
Waited 30 minutes for desert menu
Waited 20 minutes for bill then young waitress was rude and told us to bar at the bar after waiting for a further 10 mins

Rooms were good, especially for the price.
Decent enough breakfast and the hotel was in such a convenient location.
Some of the staff were a bit awkward and standoffish, but they could've just been having a long day.
Would defiantly stay here again

Nice budget hotel in a great location. Only downside is the cleanliness. Our room was covered in grease stains and was clearly not cleaned properly. Also in the restaurant sauce and grease on benches and chairs.

It was a great stay. However, when we turned the lights off, we had the lights flickering on and off. Through the night. Never had a bad experience from a premier inn and unfortunately things like that can happen. I will be staying there again as the welcome and service was spot on ??

Self check in didn't work so we had to do it the 'traditional' way at the desk. It isn't a good idea when there's a load of people standing waiting to check in.
The room itself was clean but the sink didn't drain and the loo blocked after two uses.
The bed was comfy but the pillows were thin. We could have asked for more pillows but it wouldn't have made a difference for how thin they were. You'd have needed at least 5 to make it worth it.

Stayed here on many occasions great hotel excellent location,rooms all very clean and tidy,food and drinks are also very good,will definitely be staying here again. One other point I have noticed in a short period of time the prices have really got very expensive, it would help if the premier inn had a loyalty scheme as we stay in them very regularly and get nothing back for repeat custom hopefully in the future this may change. ?

Went for one of the plus rooms, well worth the extra. Location was spot on as we needed to get a train from Piccadilly. Only quibble was that it took me a while to figure out that if you want the enhanced wifi, that comes with the plus option, you have to go down to reception and get a token, would be handy if you could just log in with your booking ref.

Great location at the heart of the city.
Plenty to do, eat, drink and see.
The room rates are enthusiastic for what is a standard Premier Inn.
You're paying for the location.
The night's sleep is peaceful.
There is no free parking and check in is self service with a decent crowd at 3pm when check in commences at weekends.
