I would rate this shop five stars for its overall service; however, one staff member, Chris, has consistently made me feel uncomfortable during my visits. His patronizing attitude is evident as he often stares and follows me while I shop, as if he doesn?t trust my ability to browse on my own. I have also noticed him observing me closely as I walk past the store, which has heightened my discomfort and forced me to change my shopping days. On a positive note, the other staff members foster a welcoming atmosphere and are genuinely pleasant to engage with.

This review would be four but one member of staff, whose name I now know to be 'Chris' is creepy toward and on those occasions I've dealt with him, has been patronising.
