Good large store but my only gripe is it could do with a couple of self service tills ? because at the weekend it does get especially busy in store and there is often a long wait at regular tills.

My heavily pregnant sister had a trolley to use as she is understandably quite uncomfortable at the moment and when trying to return her trolley in an accessible manner at the end of her shop she was told by the sales person is rude tone she ?couldn?t return it there?. Meaning she was forced to take it to the other side of the shop whilst carrying her shopping. If I wasn?t there she would have really struggled. This was a really awkward and uncomfortable experiences and I am extremely disappointed in the accessiblity features offered inside of the store and customer service. Do better.

Today I bought a mascara for £2 and when I got home it was literally EMPTY. I am truly livid, that is just so cheeky that I was sold an empty mascara because what the hell?!! I am not one to usually complain but that means this mascara must?ve even been used??? Imagine i put that on my eye and got like a disease or something ???? I am disgusted and disappointed. One star.

Left a parcel in Poundland Denton on Wednesday by mistake. Called in today to see if anyone had handed it in and lo and behold it was there. So many thanks to whoever handed it in and the Poundland staff - there are some lovely people out there. My granddaughter will be so pleased as it is an Easter present. Many thanks once again.

Really really please with my trip to poundland today!! Went in for a quick nosey and found myself walking out with everything pictured for £30!! The shop itself is huge, wheelchair accessible with lift available. It has all sorts from Home to beauty to food. Was very surprised and very happy ?
