The staff spoke so fast and shouted at me when I returned the item. Service with poker face. Maybe the staff didn't like the Asian customer.
Please be patient with someone speaking basic English language.When you travel, do you speak the second language fluently?
I have read the review. I don't believe the change of customer service.Therefore, I don't waste more time to handle this stuff.

Good place to by cheap stuff.
They have a lot of different things, from food to DIY, cleaning products, toys, ... You can find almost everything here, but not everything cost £1.
Probably the strongest point is that it is located in the shopping center in city center, where is not so easy to find a shop to buy the cheap things that we all need.
I truly can recommend this place.

It is located within ARNDALE Shopping Center. It is a market that will meet many of your needs and whose prices are quite affordable compared to other markets. The employees are caring, polite and respectful??????????

Poundland is a great shop with loads of different stuff! It?s really easy to find what you?re looking for because everything?s neatly arranged. I love going there because they sell my favourite instant noodles.
