Oh I have spent some money here!Liz was wonderful to do business with myself and my girlfriend always felt very welcome. I believe she has left.Anyway popped in this week to swap a tan pima polo shirt that faded badly after one wash. New manager a tall gentleman with dark hair was very friendly and sorted my request promptly.I shall remain a loyal customer.

One of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've had the pleasure of in years. The store stocks a wonderful variety of garments and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Jamie in particular should be commended for his level of service and expert knowledge of the RL brand when assisting me purchasing an outfit for Christmas. Keep up the good work guys, Ralph himself would be impressed.

`I had really a bad service with this store. I went to buy few shirts for my holiday trip on 09 June, Thursday. I didn't want to buy 2 full sleeves shirts because sleeves length was too long but sales person made me to buy those shirts on the commitment that he will arranged alteration of shirts sleeve from their tailor snd shirts will be ready to collect 5pm on 10th June Friday.I told him, I will be travelling early morning on Saturday. He spoke to the tailor and everything was confirmed in my presence then I bought those two shirts. When I came on Friday after 5pm, No one knew about shirts. Sales Lady found my shirts bag after checking all checking everywhere. She told me, tailor forgot to take shirts in the morning so sleeves length is not altered and I shall come on Saturday. I told her, I bought these shirts only on the commitment that store will do alteration for me how can I come on Saturday when I am travelling early morning. I asked her why did you wait for me to come at store, I left my number with you. you should have told me I could arranged any alternative. It was so frustrating, I went there during the peak traffic hours, parked my car in Arndale centre parking and walked down there. Sales Lady offered me a refund and after refunding my money to me she said 'Enjoy your Holidays' with a teasing smile which I felt really offended. because she was aware of this thing that store caused a lot of inconvenience to me and I already planned to take those shirts with me on holidays. Such a nonprofessional and bad customer service attitude. Manager was sitting in the back office didnt bother to come out and see what is going on. ridiculous customer service from store. it was really not expected from Ralph.
