Visited 7th December.
Credit to the staff, it was extremely busy but some how the manager and his team handled it extremely well.
Apon entering they was very welcoming only a few tables was taken at the time, as we was leaving the place was full and you could see the staff rushed off they're feet. I remember being asking about 3 times by staff if everything was OK, never have I been a Pizza Hut which was that busy have I even been asked once if everything was OK so be asked 3 times was brilliant.
Give that manger and team that day a good bonus they deserve it.

A trip to Pizza Hut has now become an overpriced and low quality, self-service experience. Left waiting a long time to be seated. You have to order for yourself online, and get your own drinks and condiments. Staff don?t even check in on you to see if the food is ok, also no goodbye on the way out. Minimal interaction with staff, it?s just so impersonal.
If you?re happy to pay extortionate prices to do everything yourself, receive substandard food, and not even speak to an actual person working in the restaurant, then this is the place for you. I won?t be returning. A massive disappointment.

Food was served timely and staff were friendly however the food was poor.
Chicken supreme Pizza was ok.
Sweetcorn was cold as if its been in a freezer.
Brownie was solid and struggled to cut.
Toilet cleanliness was diabolical.

Came here on a quiet Wednesday afternoon, friendly service but waited so long for the food, over half an hour for 2 small pizzas, had to mention it otherwise not sure how long we would have needed to wait, card only at this place and the QR code for self-service was good, much more convenient. Salad station was a bit dull and unfortunately the ice machine broke, hope my next trip there will be better.
Parking: Plenty of parking spots and you have the retail park shops

We were kid free on Sunday afternoon, so we thought, yeah, why not, Pizza Hut Urmston! Be rude not to if you think about it! While Divorced Dad was in another place on the same retail park, we were tucking into an unlimited salad bar, spicy chicken wings and fries and a couple of 11-inch pizzas, unlimited ice cream, all washed down with a couple of bottles of San Miguel and a glass of wine! Splendid, I thought! And the pizza was too!
DISCLAIMER: No kids were neglected while we were having grown-up fun!

Had a food temperature issue due to THE UBER DELIVERY DRIVER.
Restaurant staff dealt with this efficiently and with politness.

Quick service. Food was hot , restaurant and toilet facilities where lovely and clean.
