Excellent food, served quickly & very tasty
There was a big Que at the Trafford centre was busy but we were still seated quickly

Dined in the pizza express on Friday as a table of two and was disappointed to say the least. After being seated our order was taken 15 minutes later which was understandable as they were quite busy. The issues started after this however, 45 minutes later we still hadn?t recieved our 2 starters and 5 minutes after that a waiter told us they were not able to make one of our starters which was spicy wings, as a result they asked us to pick another one in which we ordered mozzarella sticks instead. 10 minutes later, so an hour after we had ordered starters they gave us the spicy wings they told us they couldn?t make.When we told them this they said no that isn?t the case and it?s the doughballs we ordered that they couldn?t make for us due to a sauce issue. As a result they decided to take the spicy wings back away and told us they?ll replace the doughballs with mozzarella sticks. Now was the big issue, 5 minutes later another waiter came and explained that they couldn?t make both the doughballs and the spicy wings for us and thus we needed to order another starter. At this point, after an 1 hour+ of waiting with no starters and bigger tables that came after us already leaving after having their meals we just wanted to eat so we ordered the replacements and waited. Our starters then came which were good and thankfully our pizza was fine too , however the mismanagement and miscommunication between kitchen and front staff created a big disappointment for us which we were certainly not happy about. When it came time to paying our bill, they also gave us the wrong tables bill which we had to wait a while for

Awful experience. Firstly I was given the wrong drink, when I asked for the correct drink I was then given another incorrect drink. We then waited over an hour for our food. When we finally got our food they had made the wrong pizza!! At this point I just ate it as I didn't want to wait another hour for the correct pizza

We had two servers who were really nice and super super cool and you should really give them a raise. BIG UP TREYZ !!! Here?s a poem in honour of Treyz?s dedication to the grind:
I go to get pizza
No nefarious things
I order many foods
That the blonde lady brings
Then when we go to pay
I do all the hard maths
Not done it since year 11
It was hard.
A warrior comes in full brigade
His striped express full form
His name is Treyz, doing overtime
The whole table starts to applaud
He helps us out majorly
Because we can?t do no maths
And once we leave with spirits full
We go on separate paths
But I will always remember Treyz
And the birthday dinner that night
A master of pizza express I?ll say
As I tell my kin of his great might

Clearly a shortage of cheese.

Great start as we were seated quite quickly.
All downhill from there.
10 mins go by before were introduced with more service.
Not long until we received a starter, and we received it with some force. Clearly this lady was keen to leave work. Afterwards our mains, same reception. Practically thrown at us, our prediction's came true when we seen the lady putting her coat on. Clearly in need of some customer service training. This was enforced with the rest of the team when everybody ignored us throughout. Would?ve been out of there sooner if they remembered to supply a pizza cutter. Ended up eating my pizza like a kebab on a Saturday night.
Not so spot on. No tip given, won?t be returning anytime soon.

Overall a 1 star review. Greeting by manager was rude and apparelling. Clearly did not want a family with children to be in the place. Tried to double tip us all (not on at all) and no desert menu offered. Felt pressured and rushed to eat and not family friendly. Food was ok but some pizza were over done while other under done. No pizza cutters in a pizza express, lack of knives and forks too. Some of this is basic. Will not be coming back. We spend over £150 for a terrible meal out. What a disappointment.

Visited this express in Trafford Centre twice a week. Why twice, you ask? Well, i was working nearby, and the bruschetta is just the best, so why not. It was very scary, actually, but the reason? It was Halloween ?. Used the discount app and got freebies, too, but not the pumpkin pie. I asked for a treat but got a trick instead. Anyways nice waitress good service amd food although it was busy busy.

The staff were lovely, our server was polite, friendly and knowledgeable of a coeliac sufferer and was able to reassure and guide me through my options. I was informed of my food coming with a purple cutter and to let her know if I didn?t. All of our food ordered was very tasty and we had no complaints. A good time was had by all.
Dietary restrictions: A large selection of options available for coeliac disease (gluten free) which is fantastic as usually only have a small number to choose from.

I am really grateful to Pizza Express for their high-quality and delicious food.We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very polite and professional and friendly . The service was fast, and we didn't have to wait long.

Had to wait 1hr 10mins for food, after asking where it was. One of the pizzas was cold so had clearly been sat on the pass for some time. Server was nice and friendly but the lady seating diners was frosty. Had an arguement right next to our table with a member of staff, very unprofessional. When we asked her where our food was she didn't come back to our table to update us, it's just turned up 10 minutes later. Really poor from Pizza Express, wouldn't return to this one

Slow service and a long wait time even though half of the restaurant is full. Very expensive even for kids meal but they do have nice drinks wouldn't come again.

Extremely Terrible Service, we have been waiting for 42 minutes and we have ordered only 3 dishes, and staff response, sorry about that, just waste of time
