Our order got completely mixed up because they can?t hear over the music and the number of customers. As we were going to the theatre, we decided not to change it but both the waitress and manager were more on the defensive side trying to find excuses rather than taking responsibility. Won?t be coming back to this one. Also, We were told that we had to order specific starter for the children?s menu When at three other pizza expresses we have never had to do that. Absolute shame

I came in for a meal by myself. I was greeted by a lovely lady (didn?t catch her name but she was short with brown hair) who quickly sat me down and took my order. I had a calamari to start and the Chicken Calzone which I would highly recommend. A lovely girl called Amelia was very attentive and offered me a second drink and dessert. I would highly recommend coming here, couldn?t fault it!

Booked in for an early dinner with my family before attending a show at the theatre.
I was greeted with lovely smiles and was seated on my table straight away!
Our server Amelia was so warming and lovely!
I had a lasagna which I would highly recommend!

Had pizzas for lunch. The service was prompt and friendly, especially from our server Willow. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was welcoming. Definitely a good place to go.

While I had a disappointing experience, I was contacted right away and was asked about the circumstances. Their responses were very fast and they did what they could to remedy the situation. I will definitely give them another chance because I really appreciate their customer support. Thank you.
