The waitress was rude beyond belief with a can?t be bothered attitude saying it was my card at fault not her incompetence, then when she finally called a superior on the phone it went through with no apology whatsoever! Rude inexperienced

Ordered for take away and said we will sit outside on their seating area ? waited 23mins then went back inside and said we have been waiting very long and they the waiter stated they didn?t know we were outside therefore the girl who took the order clearly doesn?t communicate to her team. Also I ordered garlic dip and this was missing from the bag only realised after leaving the establishment. Just had a response from the owner stating that we were by the market this is not true we were sat on the tables outside their window which is for their business absolutely disgusting to lie like this.

Bottles of Peroni not cold, the pizza really thin like the dough had been overstretched, no crust. Really overpriced considering this. Service was good though and not a long wait for a table.

I got the lasagna and it was mostly cheese not meat or pasta sheets. I was extremely displeased in the lasagna, it didn?t feel like lasagna just a big plate of cheese.
Some of the service was nice and friendly, some could be nicer.

They say some things are so bad they are funny. Well, this was so bad it was traumatic. I came here with my friends today, having booked a month ago. We came SPECIFICALLY for the snowball doughball deal (important detail, please remember). Our booking was for 6:30. We arrived promptly, full of innocent joy, wonder and anticipation. These feelings were shortly extinguished. The staff at the door told us we would be expected to leave one hour after we arrived, to make space for another booking at 7:30. Having not been told this upon booking, we were naturally rather taken aback and irritated. While eating our meal, we felt rushed as the waitress was rudely and pointedly moving tables around us, in an attempt to hurry us up. At 7:15 (note - 15 minutes before the inequitable deadline bestowed upon us), the waitress came over and said "you need to leave in 5 minutes because we need your table". She did not smile, apologise or ask about our food. We mentioned that our time slot wasn't up yet, to which she replied "well we need the table so you'll have to leave". We were shocked and appalled. At no point were we given an option for dessert (AND THIS WAS THE REASON WE CAME) despite being finished with our main course. Had someone come over and offered this, we would have placed orders. Unfortunately, this is just another fault on their behalf. We were moved before having paid, as the other party started arriving. We remain confused as to why their booking took priority over ours (there was no indication of a deadline for them, yet we booked just as they did.) The only good thing to come out of this experience is that the money we saved on dessert will pay for the urgent therapy we all require from this establishment. Never going again, would NOT recommend.

I want to share just how truly wonderful our experience was during our recent visit. Last Tuesday, my family and I decided to stop by on a whim before heading to the theatre, and we were genuinely touched by the warmth of our welcome. We never expected to receive such exceptional customer service, and it made a profound difference in our evening. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met with kindness and genuine care. We left feeling valued and cherished, which is such a rare and special feeling.
A heartfelt thank you is especially warranted for the general manager, Jamie, who was incredibly helpful when I lost my keys. Jamie not only assisted in trying to find them, but also exhibited compassion during a potentially stressful situation. Our waiter, Insi, deserves special recognition as well; his politeness and respect made us feel like family, and we can?t express enough how grateful we are for his exceptional service. We are eagerly looking forward to returning and reconnecting with these amazing individuals again!
Today, I returned in the hopes of finding my keys, and once again, I was greeted so warmly by the manager on duty, Riyyah. She took the time to gather my details and personally searched for my keys, showing such genuine concern for my situation. We are truly looking forward to returning and reconnecting with these wonderful individuals again!

Came to Manchester with my children to see the Christmas markets. The atmophere was incredible. Had lunch in Pizza Express and although the restaurant and all around it was so busy we had the best food and the best service! My son has eaten many pizzas but commented that this was the best one hes ever had (double american cheese) Definitely worth a vist

Ordered pollo and chorizo pasta, portion size was TINY. Was excited and very hungry, and had to go grab food elsewhere afterwards because the size of my pasta was so small :( staff were lovely, and accommodating, but yeah, wouldn?t reccomend if you?re wanting to feel full after your meal
