I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience.Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations.The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect.Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology.To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused.In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

So we were lied about pretty much everything about the apartment we moved in a couple of weeks ago. We were told that everything was working and literally everything was broken including the toilet tank, washing machine, blinds, the heaters etc! It?s been two weeks and they?re still not fixed. Absolute liars work at that agency.

I highly recommend Philip Ellis Estate Agents. I moved to Manchester in June 2021, and they were the agents for the house I was buying. House buying/selling can be a stressful and complicated process, and you need a good estate agent to help you through it. I might not have got my house without the support and determination of Marcella and Clare. They really cared and are very good at their jobs. They were amazing. Thank you!!!

I can't thank Cardwells enough, they did all viewings, including weekends and after office hours, once we accepted an offer they kept me updated all the way along, they were so helpful, explaining things to me. I hadn't moved house for a while and thanks to Cardwells, it made the whole process much smoother, I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Cardwells found us a buyer for our apartment in Prestwich. We previously tried it with two other firms, and wish we had not wasted our time with the others. They found us a buyer and charged a reasonable price.
