I'm very disappointed at how bad people worked in reception and veterinarians. Although not for long time my beloved dog belonged to these people but they were scary... every time there was a problem not much of this my dog took the sterdy on his hands and took several of them and was not even examined after the last gratification if everything was fine so that he could take the next one! He got immediately after him there were 2 visits to the veto and they did not examine anything under Kate that something was happening since the vet gave him... the dog was just dying before my eyes... where it was impossible to look anymore and I had to make the worst decision of my life for me...
I had to put my best friend to sleep because I couldn't look at the suffering??
Unresponsible people,
With a heartless approach,
I hope there are no more dogs like this...

I recently brought my cat to this clinic and was very disappointed with the experience. I was not allowed to accompany my cat for the checkup, and after about 10 minutes, they returned her to me saying she was in perfect health. I was charged £70, only to discover soon after at a private vet that my cat actually has mastitis and a fever, which needed urgent care.
The reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and overall, I felt that my concerns were brushed off. This clinic did not provide the care or attention I expected, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
