Also friendly helpful staff and the animals are always in clean displays ans look healthy. I did once see a dead fish which I mentioned to a staff member and I noticed that it was dealt with immediately.

Huge respect to Pets At Home for only allowing those over 18 to buy a pet. Hearing a young teenage demand a hamster just because he wants one and the staff requiring him to be over 18. Great work as his intentions didn't seem pure. Proud of this store for protecting the animals as much as they can

All the staff are very friendly and looked after my nervous Cavapoo very well and gave her a lovely cut! This is our second visit to this store and both times she has come out with a wagging tail!

Had a subscription service for my dogs special hypoallergenic food and they missed delivery twice and left me without any dog food. Which is the opposite of what the subscription service is for. Pointless service.

Took our dog for the second time for full groom and de shed. Maddie, our dog has had Ell do her on both occasions, always friendly and helpful. Maddie loves her and is really comfortable ,I'll let's us know how Maddie gets on when we collect her. Really recommend pets at home trafford for dog grooming.
