I'm am shocked and appalled.
I have had my dog groomed here for other the 6 months with no incidents and on my last visit my dog was approached by a similar sized dog and MY dog was attaced round its throat outside the building!
So I frantically tried to untangle the leads that had locked together and having to force my hand in the others dogs mouth to stop him biting my dog!!!
I then had to sit in my car to calm down while the other owner carried on in the pets at home doing her shopping this no mither what so ever!??
I then returned into pets at home to make sure her was fine and she just instructed me to castrate my dog????
And today I've just tried to book my dog for a groom and have now been denied any services,
With no phone calls to inform me?
I will today be attending prestwich to cancel all my subscriptions.

I only went to give my brother a lift with his dog, but was made to feel very welcome anyway. Friendly, caring staff and a really good first impression.

I?m been several times to try to buy some frozen mice for my snake ? but they don?t have any in store ever also Iv tried to get some moss for my snakes enclosure But once again not in stock ? I called to branch in bury SAME not in stock . Bloody annoying as they normally have everything you need. anyway not the end of the world. I will go back into the city centre . Small shop and they are e well stocked with everything you could possibly need ???? ?

One of staff was so rude, turn and go with no explanation.. I know at my 54 years old more about fish and fish tank, like their young and arrogant staff, first of all all my life I had fish tank, more like I have and grew up discus and angel fish.. but just live a customer with no care.. say enough for me to don't step again in this kind of shop...
