Poor service, rude staff, no cleanliness. The person on till was very rude, feels like she has no idea what it is like to work in customer services, she needs training. Also, had to mention to the staff to clean the table and they ignored it, waited for like 5 minutes and had to remind them again. it wasn't even busy, they were just busy chitchatting.

Ordered on just eat, ordered at 2:30 didn?t get my food til 4:05 and i only live less than 10 minute drive away. Food was so cold. I ordered a chicken and rice meal, extra chicken and ordered an extra portion of fries. I didn?t get neither, i order from pepe?s all the time and the portion of chicken was just standard to how much they put in a regular box. I didnt get the extra portion of fries either and i?ve been trying to ring pepe?s piri piri all day and it says the line is busy. The food tasted good as always however i expect to get the items i pay for and for the food to arrive at least lukewarm

The worst meal, the worst food. The chicken arrived burnt and cold, and the rice was also cold and old. The whole order is very bad!!

Used to love pepes but the service is atrocious, don?t think about ordering them on delivery as they take up to 3 hours for delivery!

This was a good experience. I?m not sure why it?s a 3.6 - This needs to be ranked higher. I ordered the chicken nuggets meal. The chicken was good and so was the fries and drink. There?s nothing bad about this shop. Looking for a non busy place to visit In Rushlome. Come here

Unfourtuantly tried the pepes in Withington today as this branch was busy and couldnt get through to them only realised how amazing the quality is in this branch really is. The Withington pepes is a complete put off food doesnt taste the same and the pepes quality is not there if you want a real pepes this place is the ONLY branch. Wasted £30 that I could of spent on a real pepes.
