They get a 1 star only as they did wash my car which I didn't ask for otherwise would be a big fat 0.Engine light on, they wanted to work on car for over an hour to let me know what I had already told them, another £150ph on top of the £120 I was told.I didnt get a print out off what they diagnosed which is what I had already said. And had the cheek to tell me not to tell the other customers how my pants had been pulled down.Very very poor service provided and left feeling robbed.Be warned especially if you don't have a lot of money or funds.

Was told van was offsite at a compound, had to drive there myself and collect, upon collection it had a flat tyre, asked if they can replace and said no I would have to leave it with them, asked if they could just put some air in it and had me waiting around for ages in the rain.

Shouldn't charge for a diagnostic if you have the work done with them .My pentagon garage doesn't charge any neither does greenwood's of Oldham vauxhall specialist.It's a lot of money you don't need to pay

Just Awful.We took 2 vans to Pentagon to be serviced. The next day, one had a warning light come on and a few days later the other did too. We had to wait almost 3 weeks to get the vans booked in again. Due to needing to get them back on the road asap, we sent one van to a different dealership to be investigated and were told that it needed a service! The warning light was because the oil was 'filthy' and the filter had deteriorated. The other vehicle is still with Pentagon now, has been there for a week and every time I phone there is a different excuse as to why they can't give me an ETA as to when the vehicle will be ready. The vehicles have been off the road for a month now, wish we'd taken them somewhere else for the initial service in the first place and avoided all this hassle.

Parts section were very helpful even though it wasnt something they could themselves help with, told me who to ring, as they had used them themselves, so made me confident the other firm were very good,, nice & friendly ?

Took my car for a diagnostic test and they cleaned it inside and out then took it back a week later to have it repaired and they cleaned it again very impressed excellent service

My car was sent here after an accident by my Insurance company. There were issues with the insurer and I had trouble getting hold of anyone but once I phoned Pentagon Lynn was fantastic. She went over and above to track down my car, speak to the insurer and the repair agents get my car brought to the site. She sorted me out with a courtesy car and kept me informed and up to date throughout. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim
