Best experience I've ever had with the doctors !Everytime I'm booked ,the staff is very kind and helpful ,helped me to find the issue very quick.It really makes my heart smile and bringing hope in humanity back :)

Great GP practice Doctors and staff are brilliant been with them my whole life and so have my children .And after a recent bad time with my son very helpful when needed can not fault them even had video call with my son when he was unable to attend .This really did help as some things are better coming from the GP than from mum .I very much appreciate the extra time and care that was given .

Horrible experience.As a family living in Partington, what a pity that we have no choice as we only have 2 GP in this region.This practice?s receptionists: always rude and impatientExtremely difficult to book for appointments!!Doctors and nurses: Most of them are very professional and showing understanding, besides the only Male Doctor, he discriminated my family member and ordered his colleague- the receptionist lady not to book us in until we get a notice from A&E said we are suitable for GP appointment , otherwise no appointment will be booked in!!Think wise before come!

This practice has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to my old surgery! Phones are answered quickly, you can easily get an appointment and requests are dealt with quickly. So happy to have changed to this GP practice!

Wonderful. Definitely the best GP care I received in years. It's been a long time since I have seen a GP who made me feel listened to and seemed like they really cared. In addition, the desk staff have come across as patient, caring and helpful consistently in all communications. SO NICE. I understand a lot of GPs have had a really hard time of it, so are overworked and tired themselves.. so I'm not sure how these guys manage it, but they do. Thank you.

Waiting times are ridiculous, can't see a doctor and when you do your only allowed to discuss 1 problem, so if you have a couple of problems then your have to make multiple appointments , but be prepared for a very long wait

i spent 4 months at Partington Family Practice as a trainee doctor. I saw first hand how all the staff go above and beyond for their patients in this lovely community. Patients are valued, and listened to; all the staff go above and beyond to deliver an excellent standard of care with compassion and empathy. It was a privilege to be part of this team for a short while!

Appalling is an understatement ...The only reason this review gets one star is because, A. You have to select it and, B. The receptionists are actually really lovely and they are really helpful.I called today regarding a problem that I would like to be tested for, not just for the safety of myself but for the safety of the general public.Due to COVID-19, I am restricted to working from home and upon calling my GP today, one of the receptionist was really nice and logged a telephone consultation for myself.Dr. DeWeever himself called me a few hours later, unfortunately, I didn?t not have my phone to hand because I was in another room of my house hold and my phone was on vibrate, as part of my job is to take customer calls, so unfortunately I didn?t hear my phone go off.Dr. DeWeever left me a message that said ?Hi, this is Dr. Weever, you requested a call back and now your not answering your calls?, *Hung up*.Dr. DeWeever did not give me any reassurances to call the surgery back nor what to do going forward. I am sick of the way I am being spoken to by himself and Dr. Farhan on the other side of the practice. I have already registered with a new practice, as I am not taking their ignorance lack of care any longer!It is a real shame back the reception guys are really lovely and caring, and I pray to God these two GP?s treat these guys a lot better than they do their patients, cause it GPs like this the reason that gives the NHS a bad rep. and the NHS goes under appreciated.

Tried to get to see a doctor rang up got through pretty quick extremely surprised I was given the online consultation as a option filled it in waited twoHours for a response,got a text message saying go to a and e already been there last night toldTo go wythenshawe but it?s too far away thought my doctor/nurse could help me but no fobbed me off per usual wanted help and it?s only five mins away the receptionist are literally a brick wall you have to scale in order to see a doctor extremely disappointed with my ?local?doctors
