NEVER cares about the parcels... no responsibility.. no proper delivery .. after being called them 4 times they promised me to deliver Friday, not done again on Monday not done , again Tuesday not done same ... I have put leave for my work and stayed and waited in home to collect the parcel for 4 days..After 20 days i received mine on my own from depo with box was in worst condition ..50% of the products got damaged.. funny thing is they signed on behalf of me for the proof of delivery...I don't know how these people running the business so irresponsibly..When u call them they say today today today...It's a nightmare..One suggestion to Parcelforce..Please send a notification to customers on previous day of delivery.. so that they will be readily available in home to receive but you guys sending just one hour before delivery.. it's not fair...

Worst of the worst .. i didn't requested for reschedule delivery.. but while tracking my parcel it shows ready for delivery last night itself... They didn't even make a call even though mobile number is there ... Waiting a two whole long days... U didn't requested for rescheduling.. they intentionally doing it .. for their lazyness . While making customer service wasted another whole day no one responds to you...Why they are doing like this for delivering a parcel..."Royal Mail is best and better than you"

Amazing at lying and being lazy.Parcel was to be delivered 2 days ago to which it never turned up. Rang the depo and was told it was due to unforseen circumstances and couldn't elaborate further and rescheduled it for the following day.The parcel hasn't even moved this time so I gave them another call and the bloke I spoke too seemed like he genuinely wanted to help, he said he'd speak to the courier and make sure it was here for today. The parcel never left the depo so I've given them a 3rd call as of 30 minutes ago where I was told they were closed and couldn't help me.Going on 3 days late and not a single delivery hasn't even been attempted as of me posting this.Horrible service, I'd recommend DWP I've only had good experiences with them.UPDATE: Monday and it's still sitting in the depo, I asked if I could come and collect it and they told me I wasn't allowed because they hadn't yet attempted delivery, so I asked why it hadn't been delivered up to now to which they responded "I don't know" and told me they'd call me back in 48 hours with an update.

Never ever use this service. I am over 200 pounds in the hole. No one knows where my package could possibly be, in their own system! I paid for global express, and still waiting, almost 1 week. They will tell you a manager will call you back. Literally, no one will call you back. I even used their portal system,no response. This location knows that this service is terrible. However, they still encourage customers to use parcel force. Never use this company, I am sure someone stole the contents in that box. Check out photos below of people getting empty boxes. Absolutely horrible. Another thing to note here, no one has a name for a mangaer of this company. They also claim you can get refunded your fees if it is not recieved on time. Yup that's a lie as well. I had all my documentation. Literally, never use this company or go to this location. Customer service is a joke

Pathetic service. Delivery status showing the parcel was delivered but it was not my door i can clearly see in picture that is not my door/door number.

Worst experience that i have ever had. I order 2 bed from amazon and parcel force driver only delivered 1 bed and i asked to him where is my other parcel he said he had only one. But in the site it shows he delivered 2 bed and i only get one bed

Parcel force attempted to deliver £12,000 of electrical hardware to my works at end of December. The Driver took a picture of the boxes on floor outside our general stores but then our store man had to reject it as the parcel had no contact name on. The driver took the delivery away but left it on the system as delivered and the items have now disappeared.We were unaware that the attempted delivery had been made until mid February and Parcel force are sticking to the fact the POD the driver logged is correct. Rung up customer service to speak to a manager or get contacted details for Manchester hub but got told they can tell me either. Have informed the supplier and parcel force are sticking to there lie it was delivered

Worst delivery company across the world. It?s a nightmare to deal with them. I booked winter jacket for daughter from Tommy Hilfiger . I?m waiting for ages . Delivery company couldn?t find my address. I tried to rearrange and provided my phone number. But still there?s no news from them. Tommy Hilfiger isn?t taking any responsibility. Pearce force is still not clear. It seems I wasted my money

Incredibly hard to get anyone on the phone to get anything sorted, after trying for a hour I still could'nt get anyone on the phone.

Horrible service, Parcel was supposed to be delivered to local post office but driver didn't read the message... now Parcel is back at the depo, on the van and I can't pick it up. I can't just go to depo and take my parcel, I need to book day of from work to get it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was home all day and they never rang my doorbell or rang me, yet I ?missed Delivery?. No customer service and completely useless tracking. Never using this service again or buying from companies that use this service.
