Currently waited over 2 hours since ordering the pizza, had to deal with the staff lying over the phone saying it had been sent out and would be ?10 minutes?, then after 2 hours they marked it as delivered (a lie) and refused to pick up the phone at all. Still haven?t got through to them to get a refund. Scam.

Ordered pizzas for delivery. Took a while to make as it was a Friday night but they arrived piping hot and were all delicious,.especially the stuffed crust.
They were great at communicating and letting us know when the delivery was on its way.

First Experience:-
I recently visited a Papa John's branch, Manchester Central (M1 5AN) Store on Dec 10-2024 with Order Number- 76413598 and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!
From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but the real highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Ajay, one of the representatives at the store.
Ajay is an incredibly kind, polite, and professional individual who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. He patiently helped me decide on my order, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring that my preferences were met perfectly. His joyful and cheerful demeanor made the entire experience even more pleasant, leaving a lasting impression.
What truly sets Ajay apart is his dedication to quality. I collected my order and took it home by bus, braving the cold and windy weather, but even then, the pizza was still hot and absolutely delicious. It was clear that Ajay takes great pride in his work and ensures the highest standard of preparation.
Ajay's outstanding service and friendly nature are a true asset to Papa John's. His ability to connect with customers and create a positive experience is rare and highly commendable. I hope his manager recognizes his efforts because he truly deserves praise for representing the brand in such an exemplary manner.
Thanks to Ajay and the delicious pizza, I can?t wait to visit again soon. A big shout-out to Papa John's for having such an incredible team member!

I visited Papa John's again today 25 Dec, and once again, it was an experience to remember. The delicious pizza, crafted with so much care and love, truly made my Christmas special. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the team, especially Ajay, put their heart into ensuring customers receive the best.
Ajay?s dedication and cheerful nature once again stood out. His warm and friendly demeanor, combined with his passion for delivering exceptional service, made the visit feel even more festive. It?s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated.
The pizza was nothing short of perfection, as always?hot, fresh, and packed with flavor that warmed me up on this chilly Christmas day. It?s experiences like these that remind me why I keep coming back to Papa John?s.

In about 10 minutes, I'll have waited 2 hours for a pizza. It was supposed to come within half an hour.
I understand that Friday nights are busy and a peak period, but the only reason I ordered was because it was advertised to be quick!
Add to that I actually ordered from a closer location, but it was automatically moved to the city centre branch for some reason? Bizarre.

Called up their store and said I found hair in the pizza, the manager said it?s impossible!!! Really???
I paid £30 for two pizzas, and by far this was the worst pizza I have ever had, came after an hour, cold and very grossly greasy, and very very doughy. I thought I give papa johns a shot over domino?s but disappointed us. We binned the whole thing.
Never ever spending a penny with them again. Just ruined the whole night for our guests.

We ordered 2 pizzas from Papa John's and it was a disaster from start to finish. First, the delivery took over an hour, and when it finally arrived, the pizzas were cold. I called them, and they gave a lame excuse about the roads being "busy." Then, as if that wasn?t bad enough, we discovered a hair baked into the pizza! Disgusted, I called back, and the manager was unbelievably rude, dismissing it and saying "no, no, it's impossible."
Well, the picture speaks for itself?you can clearly see the hair baked right in! This place doesn?t care about quality or hygiene, and the customer service is appalling. Absolutely disappointed and will never order here again. Awful
