?AVOID?AVOID?.AVOID?WORST CARAGE EVER, UNEXPERIENCED PPLE EVER MEET.SENT MY CAR TO THE CARAGE ON 23 MARCH 2023 FOR BODY WORK AS I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM AUCTION.ALL THE PART WAS READY ON 18 OF APRIL 2023.( i informed the garage before i bought, was 1 week delay as i try to contact copart for few damages)AFTER MANY DELAYS FOR DEFERENT REASONS I DECIDED TO TAKE THE CAR WITHOUT COMPLETING ON AUGUST 2023.THERE ARE 3 PART MISSING OF MY CAR ( SMALL PART BUT IT'S COUNTING).1- rear wiper cover on ebay £52- rear seat belt lock cover. ebay £173- driver side mudguard cover ebay £23WHEN I TOOK THE CAR HE ASKED FOR FULL MONEY AMOUNT- JUST 70% OF THE JOB BEEN DONE.- HE BROKES THE FRONT PANEL AS HE TRIED TO PULL SOME PART ( cost me £280 to buy and more money to fit.)- WHEN THEY BROKES THE FRONT PANEL THE CRASH SENSOR WAS CONNECTED ( SHOULDN'T) CAUSE THE AIRBAG LIGHT TO APPEAR ON DASHBOARD.-BROKES THE DRIVER DOOR LOCK AS TRIED TO CHANGING THE LOCK .KEEPING THE CAR WITHOUT DOOR LOCK.I TOOK THE CAR TO ANOTHER CARAGE, WE FOUND THE CAR NEED MORE JOB TO BE DONE FOR THE BODY.WHICH COST £1270.I ALWAYS ASKED THEM TO FINISH MY CAR , THE OWNER SAID MY CAR NEEDS MORE PART,I ASKED WHAT PART?HIS ANSWER WAS ( I DON?T KNOW, YOU NEED TO KNOW.)IT NEEDS JUST ONE PART ,THE FRONT PANEL HE BROKES.WASTING MY TIME, COST MORE MONEY. TO FIXDROPPED THE CAR VALUE,AT THE END HE ASKED TO PAY THE PARKING TIME,.

I am so happy with the service from this garage! My car wouldn?t start and I was so worried it was a write off, but Moran and his mechanics quickly identified the issue and fixed my car.Before this, I had an extortionate quote for fixing a handbreak from another garage, but Moran fixed it for a much more reasonable price.Moran and his mechanics have been so helpful and I will definitely be using this garage in future!

I?ve had two car emergencies in the last couple weeks and been here both times for fixes. Top service and managed to fix both issues within 24hrs which is great as I have to rely on my car for transport to work. Went in for a front panel and bumper fix. I was quoted a reasonable price. Miran the owner went and above to find the parts and fix it in a timely fashion. He explained the whole process of what was needed to be done which made me feel at ease as I was aware of everything that was taking place. I look forward to using the One stop auto shop for any car issues in the future.

Very good service, would recommend. My car tyre broke down in the middle of the road, however i called Miran and he sent a recovery pick up straight away. He sorted out the tyre very quickly on the same day , for a good price.

This is a brilliant service. The polite, helpful staff and manager were so helpful and provided help in the quickest time, above all not wanting to incur unreasonable extra costs, they saved me a huge amount of money compared to quotes from elsewhere. Went to a well known garage recommended to me however what they were charging for the work needed was extortionate, came to one stop auto and was given an amazing price and the customer service was very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend using this garage, i definitely will be in the future.
