Totally misled.
After a bereavement, I had the horrific task of having to terminate the family
phone accounts ( my husband,myself and my son) as they were in my husbands name. After setting up a new account for myself and also Virgin media in my name, I was advised to let my son set up his own account in his name( to boost his credit rating) even though I pay it as he is still at University. We were BOTH told with Volt benefit we would BOTH get double data because I was also a Virgin media customer.
Wrong, only I will be able to get the volt benefit. To transfer him back to my account will now cost £240.00. What a rip off, totally misled in the shop at a very vulnerable time. I'm absolutely disgusted.

Scott has been absolutely brilliant! He went above and beyond and is truly a credit to the store and the O2 name.
I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Metas from this store in early December as a Christmas gift, but they recently started having issues. Unsure of the repair or exchange process, I called the store and spoke with Scott. He was incredibly helpful and informative, providing clear guidance right away.
Scott quickly confirmed that I could exchange the glasses, but the available stock in-store was already reserved. Instead of leaving it at that, he took the initiative to check other store locations for availability. After discussing possible alternatives, I decided to wait for stock to arrive at the Trafford store. Going the extra mile, Scott even contacted customers who had reserved the in-store stock and managed to secure a pair for me.
There was a bit of a complication with the exchange due to the original purchase price, but the team at the store worked through it, and everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate Scott?s dedication and the excellent customer service I received!

After getting a new phone I needed help obtaining a new SIM card. The assistant that served me was very helpful. I could recommend this shop.

Visited today after customer services told us they couldn?t help us over the phone and we needed to visit a store.
The person, who I assume was the manager, seemed like we were putting him out by asking for help. Got sent to a young lad who did try to help us and was nice, but then when the manager had to get back involved due to it being complex, he seemed annoyed and we ended up just leaving in the end.
Why have staff who aren?t approachable, working in customer facing roles? Wouldn?t visit again.

I came into the store on Thursday after needing some advice and help regarding starting a new contract. I spoke to Aroush who sorted everything out for me quickly and efficiently. I ended up getting an oppo x8 pro which is fantastic. I've been waiting but haven't had a message about her service but I wanted to pass along a 5 star rating for her as she was amazing.

Worst customer service.Guy name Muhammad was very rude to us .He does not know how to talk to customer.
