Useless. Made an order, one month later am told there?s an unforeseen problem at The warehouse, therefore it will not arrive before Christmas. The alternative is go to one of their shops and make the purchase again and wait for a refund for my original order, whenever it comes out of processing as I cannot do that right away, absolutely ridiculous. Give this company a wide birth

If you're trans and haven't updated your name on your account yet, make sure you give your deadname to be added to the queue. Apparently it's too hard to understand that someone may use a name that's different to what it says on their account and ID

I went in the place it was lovely I met a person from O2 his name was Tom he is a lovely person a very kind and understanding person and solves my issue very quick had a great experience

Absolutely shocking staff. No system in place for the queue. Staff avoiding eye contact. People giving up and leaving. Staff obviously not happy in their jobs and rude.

PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE! STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
I had a terrible experience at the O2 store while trying to cancel a contract. I originally took out the contract for a friend years ago but no longer have access to the number. Over the phone, customer service told me I could cancel it in-store by showing my ID to prove I was the account holder.
When I went to the store, the staff refused to help because I didn?t have the 6-digit code sent to my friend?s number (which I can?t access). I explained that I had my ID and knew the memorable word, but they still wouldn?t assist.
After waiting for my friend to respond (which didn?t happen), I went back to the store and tried again. The second staff member was rude and cut me off while I was explaining. She forced me to call customer service again, even though I had already done this earlier. When I questioned why my passport and memorable word weren?t enough to prove my identity, she claimed I still needed to answer two security questions, which is ridiculous.
To make matters worse, she questioned why I had taken out a contract for a friend, which was irrelevant and unprofessional. It?s not uncommon for people to help friends or family in this way. Her attitude was condescending and dismissive throughout.
In the end, I went home and called customer service again. This time, they helped me cancel the contract, and all I needed to provide was the memorable word. Clearly, there are major inconsistencies across the department, and the staff at the store need better training to provide proper customer service.
If you need help with anything, avoid this store. They won?t assist you even if you follow all the steps provided by customer service. Save yourself the hassle and call O2 directly instead.

Took me arguing with the woman to actually be able to collect my order.
Her: ?You need a text to collect your order?
Me: ?I?ve had an email and an in app notification to say it?s ready to collect?
Her: ?You need a text to collect your order?
Only when I questioned twice more did she agree to check the back of the mostly empty store?

Does this store ever answer the phone? 50 times I've called over 3 days. I was in and left my iPad there for the O2 assistant to work on an update/Data enquiry. I was told I would get a call back, which I did receive a call but I was driving. No message was left to tell me if this had been done or not and if I could come collect.
I've been trying to call ever since with no answer. I can't just pop in to check with work/child care commitments

Shocking service i can't lie, was told my phone would be in store within 2 weeks, not after 2 weeks. We're on week 4 now and on coming into the store, the same man who served us 4 weeks back when we ordered the stupid thing, tells us that all orders placed online go into a digital queue and we cant track it, so in other words, we've waited 4 weeks, heard nothing by way of an apology or even a basic explanation. And even when we come into the store, you can't do anything?
Tracking packages is surely the 2nd most frequent part of any company that sells a product, so you either have ridiculous systems that need updating, or your staff are in need of training.
Someone who arrived after us was seen before us. So we sat for 20 minutes waiting to hear absolutely nothing helpful.
The guy we dealt with just kept repeating the same sentence at us, he said it 4 times while we were sat there. "your order has gone into a digital queue bla bla jargon jargon rubbish we cant do anything more"
Either way, order cancelled, EE are getting me the same phone for a better deal and its coming tomorrow, one day after ordering.
I dont know the name of the guy who 'helped' us but hes the one with short hair, glasses and a face like he cant be bothered.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I had a disappointing experience at this shop. One of the staff directed me to wait in the waiting area for over 20 minutes, only to then tell me I couldn?t be booked in due to a staff error. There was no apology or solution offered. When I tried to explain my situation to a staff member named Rose, she wasn?t listening at all. I was informed they were closing soon and that I would need to return tomorrow. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope they improve in the future.
