Excellent and well stocked store, with very helpful staff, they also have a large carp pond and you can feed the fish for £1!

Fantastic garden centre, it's my favourite in the area! The staff is super nice and helpful, you can feed the fish which is great if you have kids! Great little caffe and a small outdoor playground. Highly recommended!

A fair range of well-maintained goods, although a bit expensive.Seems there's almost no food options in the restaurant if you are vegan - salad or chips.

Came looking forward to a trip here but left deflated and empty handed because of the prices and there was a lot of stock missing. Appreciate it's a garden centre but is dearer than many others. £8 for a jacket potato too.

Fantastic range of indoor and outdoor plants, all that you would expect with a garden centre and more. Spacious café with an extensive menu. I just had a latté today which was a really good one. Clothing and accessories, homeware and toiletries, outdoor furniture and home accessories, books, toys, cards and gifts galore, something for everyone. Oh, and don't forget the aquarium centre.

Lottery win needed before you visit. Brilliant looking garden centre but not pocket friendly, everything is double what you would expect to pay yet looks poor quality(bonsai trees were all dieing due to roots being over crowded in pot). The pet store is the same, unless the goldfish are made from real gold?

Unhelpful tried using 2 vouchers for a school project that was being paid for by teacher but would only except 1 spare a thought for the teachers learning your kids and grandchildren it was coming out of own pocket and not schools

Notcutts has so improved, as a doggy owner we now can have coffee and cake inside at designated tables, and the food is very very good, the store has lots of reasonably priced gifts and it seems anything you may need. Thankyou Notcutts your on our weekly visit list.

Had the worst Christmas dinner I've ever eaten at their restaurant on Friday. The turkey must have been from the day before, the Brussels sprouts were inedible, and what little there was of the rest of the food was only just warm. Much worse than school dinners and I'm ashamed of myself that I didn't complain, but it took ages to arrive and I was starving.
