Loved this place had lids on some of the trainer boxes

I visited the Nike store yesterday with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the behavior of the security guard. Instead of staying near the entrance as expected, he followed us around the store closely and continuously, watching us in a very uncomfortable and suspicious manner ? as if he assumed we were going to steal something.
It was especially upsetting to see him staring at my younger brother in a very inappropriate and impolite way. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made us feel extremely unwelcome.
On the other hand, the rest of the store staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. But the security guard?s behavior overshadowed everything else. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it properly ? customers should feel safe and respected while shopping, not watched and judged.

I visited the Nike store just to browse with no strong intention to buy, but ended up having a great experience thanks to Nataliya. I was checking out the Jordan Flight Origin 4 and wasn?t sure about the size. Nataliya brought me three different sizes to try, and with her help, I found the perfect fit. She even complimented my color choice and shared helpful info about the shoes and the store during checkout. Her customer service was outstanding?friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
