Scott went above, beyond and out of his way to ensure he helped with the sizing, fitting and overall appeal of my suit. Very educating with how it should fit and look. Also made some recommendations on ties, shoes and belts to make the outfit perfect. He showed empathy and care to make sure my experience at Next was like my first time being in the store. I couldn?t have asked for a better member of staff to help me today and it is greatly appreciated. You are a true asset to the store Scott and your efforts and excellent level of customer service should not go unnoticed.
Scott was very knowledgable in sizing, fit and style of suit for the occasion I was buying it for. He explained very well the way the length of the suit should fit on my body, how the blazer should be above the cuff of my undershirt and also how the waistcoat should typically be the same size as my blazer. Very insightful and I learned alot from him.
Biny also shared his thoughts and opinions which gave me a new perspective and aided my decision making.

Large next store, but very quiet!

I would NOT shop at Next, Arndale Centre again. Staff in the children's department including management are so out of touch regarding young children. You have to have children to know what a child is like with clothes and shoes. Staff here apparently don't have any children.
Shopping online at Next is so much easier and hassle free! Store sucks!!!

I needed to exchange an item today. The fitting room lady found the size and model for me to try on and she also commented that it was a better fit. Did wait for while at the till but they exchanged without a receipt. So cool.

Better stock than local store

I visited the Arndale store after checking online that they had the item I wanted. When I got there the system said they had 2 of the top in my size but were unable to find them. I then tried on a pair of trousers in the fitting room and found, to my dismay, that my own white linen trousers were covered in dust marks from the filthy floor. I was rather upset at this as I was dining out with work colleagues that evening. However, despite bringing this to the attention of the staff and manager, all they said was a feeble 'sorry'. They didn't even offer to check the fitting rooms or mention taking action to ensure they were preollerly cleaned. I will stick to my local store and online shopping in future.
