I went to Denton crown point New Look shop today on 24/12/2024.
The lady she served us she charged us wrong price it was not matching with the label price I went to the till again and explain 2 items price are not matching with the label price. she add up all the prices again and find out one T-shirt was not scanned she asked you need to pay this i said i came for items which are overcharged she said ok i call my manager when manager came she did not listen just listen her staff and decided you are stealing the T-shirt which you did not paid i said i came for overcharged items she said shop floor is too busy sorry i don't have enough time to deal with you. its Christmas time please leave the shop. I have been working here last 24 years if you want to buy these otherwise leave the premises. It was really rude behaviour by the manager Infront of my little kids and they are keep asking me Mum why they are so rude and shouting you. I advised to the management please give training to the store manager and teach how to handle customers in the busy period. I hope i will not visit store again due to rude customer service.

I visited this shop on Wednesday 11th September with a web return and was served by the rudest young woman I?ve ever seen. I asked if she?d help me as I find the process quite difficult she said no and had a shocking attitude , stood there rolling her eyes as though I was stupid. I?ve had a stroke, not that anyone would know but sometimes it?s hard to process things. Needless to say I will never visit the shop again,. Just sorry I didn?t get her name, I work in retail and was absolutely appalled!!!

Neglects customers, workers are fine except the manager; vile person and doesn't do anything to help customers, maybe if you moved a little you'd be able to help customers about.

Horrible place and the manager is even worse, treats the workers like they're not even humans and then ignores customers while she's on the phone gossiping.

Now it's quite summary and warm so great cotton and other chic materials' dresses, pallazo, shorts, tees, tops and shoes, accessories etc are available. Great designs, great prices. The staff is very amicable and helpful.
They have new lines if designs added and also there are great sales items.

Don't like that they have gone paperless..I asked for a reciept to be told email only ..3 hours later still no reciept. Will definitely have doubts about going there again.

Very very very slow service on a Sunday. 2 people on the till. Think the snail won the race by the time the next customer got served. Also your accessories is in a old location, on till bank, how am I supposed to look at the jewellery when there is a queue of ppl in front of it. Maybe put it within the accessories department. Just a thought for customers convenience
