Ask for Zeena.. absolutely amazing young lady who helped me choosing some clothes for my daughter. Caring , kind and patient is the best way to describe her. My daughter absolutely loves her new clothes. She definitely has the " New Look " ???

Had an identical experience as Kani - got X2 dresses on Sunday 4th August, did not fit to my liking so bought them back the following morning Monday 5th - first thing. Manager behind counter took both dresses and attached alarms on them for resale, took my email address, stated that an electronic receipt would be sent, when I checked my email yesterday spam and trash - no receipt. However, I phoned shop regards my concerns and was assured by Alyisha not to worry as there would be a receipt trail, so wish me luck and a "thank you to Alyisha for her reassurance. Checked account and refund still not in account, so will wait till Friday and return..
Checked account and monies owed refunded, so a big thanks to Alyisha for her calm reassurance.

The staff and manager in this shop is very careless and rude. 3 weeks ago I bought a blazer and trouser the lady behind the till said give us your email address we send your receipt I did give my email and I did check it in the system and I noticed she got the right one. But I never received any email because she didn?t know how to send it !!! When I tried the blazer at home I noticed it is big so after 3 weeks I took it back on Friday around 3 the manager was keep telling me no you bought it long time ago that is why it is not in our system I was keep telling her this is the proof my photos she made me be late to my kids school, I will never return to this shop again!!!

Well stocked and a clean store, the till staff were friendly and helpful, Khadija was especially kind and attended to a situation with the receipt and a slight hiccup.
