Luton branch in the Arndale.....went in there at 4pm on a Thursday and went to the fitting room to try on a few items, only to be told by the teenage shop assistant it's closed, I just swept it, so you can't go in there.....SERIOUSLY! Shop doesn't close until 6pm......bad customer service!

Went in last week to buy a coat, the till lady was young and did not say much..other than how much my total was and if I want a bag.

Queues are huge as they've got digital and now require you type your email address for everything you buy.

Used to be my favourite shop, the last 2 years the quality is primark like maybe the accessories are a bit better. Also I went just now Monday 30/9 18:45 and bought sth and they refused to give me a paper receipt. I don?t do online ones as I don?t want to give my email. Thus I left without one. Won?t visit again.

Always try ringing but they never answer the phone. Was served on the till by a male member of staff who incorrectly put in my email for a receipt. The receipt never went to my email so now I have to chase them up to try and ring them so they can find and send me the receipt. New look contact page doesn?t help either unless you want to speak to a robot. Staff need to be double checking the emails after typing with customers! Normally staff in other stores double check or show screen to make sure it?s correct.

Spacious, huge store. I like going to New Look. The smallest size they do for hoodies is a M and it's very oversized on a very small person like me, but it's very very cozy simultaneously. It has a limited selection of denim jeans, unfortunately. Definitely check out their hoodies and jumpers though. Staff are friendly.

If you're looking for any kind of service, anyone to blatantly see there is a que formed of at least 8 people and think I maybe should jump on a till?This isn't the placeChick was STOODat the till bank fannying around with accessories and chatting with another worker who was just stood there!My favourite bit inshore was when a male employee WALKED INTO ME and then looked at me to apologise.Manchester finest here

Really don't like having to give an email to get a receipt, and then after being forced to give one they've put it in wrong and now I don't have a receipt for my items.
