Service is terrible. One person walking about talking, basically doing nothing whilst you wait ages for somebody to actually help. I wouldn't recommend this bank and I will be moving my account to another bank

Called in branch to withdraw some cash and was questioned what it was for which is none of their business then i was refused my own cash, what right do a bank have to refuse you your own money or question you what you are spending it on.
