We had a lovely meal at Nandos over the weekend.
It was nice and quiet when we went so got seated immediately.
Staff were lovely.
Food was nice especially the pulled chicken chips sharer - hope this stays on the menu permanently.

came in for a takeaway - was in and out in 15 minutes. food quality was mint and the woman behind the till was helpful.

We got seated pretty much straight away and that was the only good thing I can say.
All downhill after that! The halloumi was chargriilled, practically burnt from the top and the plant based chicken in my imitator wrap was crunchy and quite hard to bite into which it has never been like that so that was also well overcooked!
The customer service left a lot to be desired. We got given our food and the server didn't bother asking if we needed anything else which I did as I wanted some plant based mayo. After waiting ages for someone to walk past, I had to go to the front and ask someone who was just standing there to get me some mayo. By the time we had finished our food, nobody had come to ask us if everything was OK with our food. This is what happens when you employ children in a customer service environment.
Can't say I will ever go back to this branch again. Very disappointing!

Regularly eat at Nandos Beyond, Trafford Park.The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Really go out of their way to add that bit extra to a meal out here. Food always spot on and great atmosphere.

Disappointed,After waiting for table and staff walking around chatting we finally got a table ordered at the till after 30 min I had to ask for take away as food were sitting in the window staff were just passing . But what I saw next was absolutely put me off going to Nando?s the guy was scrubbing the grill off with a stick between scrubbing he put the brush down on the floor then picked it back up and cleaned the grill again I wish I could?ve film itDietary restrictions: Staff don?t care what tongs they use .they used the same tong for meat as for plant based food

Oddly, it doesn't really feel like a Nando's. It's one large, open space. More like a school cafeteria. No separation or zoning. Just feels a bit vast!
The food and service were definitely 100% Nando's! All spot on. Staff were having to manage a huge influx of customers all at once and they did so with patience and efficiency.
Loads of free parking which is handy. Great for a quick bite if you're nearby or using the other facilities at Beyond.

Very busy, we didn't book, so we had to wait. We enjoyed the food.Vegetarian options: I had corn on the cob, chips, and garlic bread. Delicious ?
