Staff very friendly, food was not the best standard i had, garlic bread was rock hard, and the burger was just lacking flavour for some reason, i was surprised how fast the food came out, that could be what the issue is they rushed it out rather than taking time to make it nicely and fresh, i don't know haha, the drinks glasses need better cleaning too they had bits on them and smelled like fish was making me feel sick but didn't say nothing as i had a long day (bus broke down, late buses, very long day) and couldnt be bothered, so those are the things that need improving, usually theres queues at most nandos so i was surprised that there was no queue here or any waiting time, i guess i found out why haha, just need to sort them small things out, also put a free wifi out for customers, i had no signal inside at all, no wifi either, just cut off from the entire world when inside haha, which is good in some ways, but bad if you got people that need to be able to contact you in emergencies.
I hope to come back in few months hopefully everything will be sorted, keep up the good work and fix the minor issues i stated.

Came in late tonight and expected to be turned away. Instead was welcomed and served promptly by excellent staff. Had nandos before but the food at this location was superior. Girl running the shift was brilliant and made sure we were well looked after.

No one greeted me as I came through the door. I waited for around 5 minutes and no member of staff approached me so I left. I had a lovely meal with good customer service at the Arndale Nando?s instead.

"Upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately informed that the bathrooms were out of order. The staff member mentioned alternative restroom facilities, but their specific location was unclear.
We attempted to place our order using the QR code at our table, but the in-house Wi-Fi was not functioning. As cell phone reception is weak in the Print Works, reliable Wi-Fi is essential for ordering.
We ordered fountain cokes, but they tasted unpleasant. Despite trying several different flavors, the taste remained consistently bad. We notified the staff, who attempted to resolve the issue by changing the gas. Unfortunately, this did not improve the taste, and by the time we were informed of the attempted fix, we had already finished our meals.
While the meals were passable, they were nothing extraordinary."

Chloe and the rest of the staff?s service was one of the best services I have received in Nandos. The food was cooked perfect. We had a table of ten and expected a long wait for our food however I was pleasantly surprised with how quick it arrived. They kept checking everything was ok which it was. Will defo be using this Nandos every time I visit Nandos Manchester. Thank you all.

The food arrived and it was wrong, we ordered lemon and herb and it came with medium sauce so the server changed it and when it came the 2nd time the sauce was wrong again but the server tried telling me it was right. The mash was not mixed together properly and fell apart and the food was not very warm either. Never had a bad Nando?s before I went here, shocking I would not go here again

Fantastic experience at this restaurant! The dishes I tried were packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice, which made every bite exciting. If you enjoy spicy food, this is definitely the place to go. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was friendly. highly recommend it

Worst Nando's we ever been!! Lots of free tables when we arrived, but we had to wait 20 minutes - why???
They didn?t bring our wine, the food when we got it was cold as if it was busy!! Staff was talking to each other and didn?t care. It need a good management.
