20-30 is the perfect amount if you want a drink and 2 sides with your meal.
Food is always good service can slack at times but that?s due to it being busy can?t complain food still comes fast and hot .

The food tastes good but im scratching my head as to why the takeaway order is wrong again.....missing 1 main. Now i have paid for a takeaway, but need to quickly cook a meal as well. Terrible....Can't speak to the restaurant, just a call centre.
My labrador could handle this better.

Quarter chicken leg £9.50 hardly any meat on it.
Shame as taste was great.
Recommend buy bigger chickens
You can buy whole large chicken for £5.00
And that's not even bulk buying.

We were mocked due to being a same sex couple throughout our meal by the table behind us. The remarks being made were vile. We were very uncomfortable and thought we would try have a private word with the waiter until we realised he too was laughing at the remarks being made towards us. It was apparent that we were not welcome here. We finished up as quickly as we could and left. We paid £40 to be abused and what was supposed to be a nice meal turned into a 30 minute trip as we couldn?t get out quick enough. There was a white gentleman, possibly the manager, who was lovely but was busy elsewhere after we had arrived. Before leaving I visited the restroom, there was thick mould in the sink, hair, chewing gum and spit, there was aged urine which had become somewhat solidified around the sides of the urinals and the floor beneath, the smell was that of a bus station/public toilet, not that of a restaurant, funnily enough the cleaning sheet had been ticked to say it had been checked. Upon raising our concerns, we had a response from Paula, Regional Safety & QA Advisor, who excused the behaviour and the experience, accepted no responsibility and was nothing but cold and uninterested when emailing us back, she had the bare faced cheek to offer us £10 as a ?goodwill gesture? and made it clear that this was in no way compensation but for us to go and put it towards eating in a different restaurant. Basically gave us £10 to keep quiet. An absolutely terrible experience. See photos attached of the rest room. I think your upper management require some immediate training, the dis-interest and lack of empathy or consideration shown highlights just how little Nando?s values equality.

Really gone down hill in the last few months. Staff squeeze you onto a table that you can barely move, orders take far too long and kids menu has completely changed, which is very disappointing. Definitely need new management, such a shame.

Spent £65 on a delivery and received the wrong order. I called the restaurant and they said they were aware the wrong order had been sent out but there was nothing they could do. Will never use again.

Nando's.. always great food, quick service and sensible price. £50 for 3 of us with lots of sides and bottomless drinks. Only issue, I couldn't figure out how to use my blue light discount when ordering from the QR code.
