I visited Nando?s with a few friends, and we were in a bit of a rush. Usmaan was absolutely fantastic?he understood our situation and made sure we got our food quickly without compromising on quality. The food was perfect, and Osman?s friendly, professional attitude made the whole experience stress-free. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was spot-on, and we were really impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was. Big thanks to usmaan for his amazing service we?ll definitely be coming back

We had an amazing experience at Nando?s thanks to Usmaan, who went above and beyond to make our visit special. There were four of us, including a toddler, and he was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Usmaan made sure we had everything we needed, from helping us find a comfortable spot for the little one to ensuring our meals were perfect. His friendly attitude and excellent service made us feel so welcome. It?s rare to come across someone so dedicated, and we?ll definitely be back thanks to him. Thank you, Usmaan, for making our meal so enjoyable!

Visited the place with my family almost a year ago. But google just reminded me to review the place.
So basically the place was crowded but the taste was as good as any Nando's!

Horrendous experience
Sat down on a table that was suppose to be cleaned and when my wife stood up her back was covered in some type of sauce.
No apology from anyone they just shrugged their shoulders like it wasn?t their problem.
Spoke to the manager and he said ?we can?t check every seat it?s not my fault?
Server at the tills was rude and uninviting.
Food was good once it came out
Also the Resturant has a section outside of the main restaurant in the hallway, main entrance to the Trafford centre that was freezing

Nando?s is always nice. However this one is really busy. Specially during holidays. Long wait!

My niece and I were at the Nando?s in Trafford on a Friday night. Despite it being so busy, staff were really on it and service was very quick. Our server was Usman and he was very nice to both my niece and I :))

Staff was extremely rude specially the tiny skinny guy. Everybody was like we work at the till we can?t help we work in kitchen we can?t help but they were enjoying the drama first we enter Nando?s they guy made us sit outside we told him we want to sit inside he said join the queue again then we again waited 20 minutes after waiting we left Nando?s without having food coz nobody was interested to help us or to told guy why did you made them wait whereas there were empty table. I went there to pay for food not to beg for food. The white little girl said we can?t even take your order now first choose the table we choose the Empty table still she said you need to join queue can?t sit there ?? Why. Worst people

I go there today with my family but the guy at front was racist first he gave us a table outside then we said we want to change the table he was extremely rude and told us to join the queue again whereas there was 6 empty tables inside. Nobody was willing to help. Every single person was rude specially the short tiny guy. Would never visit Nando?s again

i ordered on the app as we was told to when seated, tried to put my order through it said declined so i checked my bank and they had took my money. i asked a member of staff why this had happened and why i didn?t get a confirmation email he said ?it was my bank account? and told me i couldn?t have my food until i ordered again and had to wait for it money to be refunded. my friend had her food brought over and has had to eat by herself and also found something solid in her mash.

After working in the hospitality industry myself for over 10 years I was baffled to see so many members of staff utterly miserable and very rude towards not just ourselves but other customers. From the host to the team member who brought the food and glasses they couldn?t crack a smile or any conservation between them. Know I know hospitality isn?t for the faint hearted and I Would understand if the place was packed but they all seemed to be able to stand around and talk amongst themselves:
