Laurana/Laurino/Lauraninio, I have no idea the staff members exact name , but here's some pointers. If you are working in a profession that involves dealing with people and providing customer service to people, believe it or not you must be a people's person. You must have some sort of manners and professionalism. If you don't like people in general, then you are in the wrong profession. I hope you work in a profession you enjoy and succeed in all that you do, so I can enjoy my time eating a cheeky Nandos without being enraged.

On a dark Saturday night in winter, I want to eat some tasty all of a sudden. My first instinct is to go Nandos
Huge storm on the way and even with a bit of hailing, finally made my way there. It was absolutely worth it.
Food comes to table in 10 minutes, it was so tasty that I literally finished everything on the plate. ( almost licking the plate) the chicken was so tender and rich in flavoring
The customer service was fabulous too. I would like to thanks to Lim who did an amazing job at the counter for me tonight, asking how good everything is and also get me a free drink. I will definitely come back again!!

Food was excellent but manager needs a customer service course. If the customer doesn't like chicken legs shouldn't be told he can't have 2 breats and then told to leave because I complained about the service. After some discussion and me explaining about hospitality and customer is king we were allowed to stay and eat. The food was excellent

@NandosUK you guys need to sort out your branch in Manchester wilmslow road really poor service took 45mins to bring food and we didnt eat the food and only partial refund from manager. She did nt wish to refund the drinks we had while we waited 45 mins poor customer service.

No disposable spoons are available
We have asked for water glasses three times and nobody was bothered to give us a glass.
