Was serviced by Mo and Reuben, very lovely gentleman and always welcoming. Manager should be them a raise due to who thoughtful and kind they are.

3 meals arrived with one missing.
The meal that was missing was charged for but didn?t arrive, had to go chase up and supposedly wasn?t on their system.
Was told to reorder because their system glitches sometimes and would supposedly get a refund within 24 hours. So had to pay twice while waiting for the same meal.

Genuinely surprised at the flavour and quality of the food, it's quite impressive. Helpful waiters, and a welcoming vibe from the staff. However, quite pricy if you eat here alone, I'd recommend going in a group.

Terrible Experience with Undercooked Chicken and Stale Fries
I had a really bad experience at the Nando?s on Manchester - Oxford Road. The chicken I was served didn?t look fully cooked, and the fries were clearly made in old oil?they tasted awful and left me feeling let down.
I reached out to customer service and sent them a photo of my meal. They responded quickly, which I appreciate, but the email came across as dismissive. They said their records showed everything was cooked properly and that the chicken looked fine in the picture. But as someone who eats at Nando?s regularly, I know what properly cooked chicken should look and taste like, and this wasn?t it.
They did acknowledge that the fries weren?t up to standard and said they?d share the feedback with the team, but it felt more like a formality than a genuine apology.
I?ve always loved Nando?s, but this experience has put me off. I hope they take these issues more seriously in the future because right now, I?m not sure if I?ll be rushing back anytime soon.

My husband and I just had a lovely meal at Nandos Oxford Road. We were in a rush yet the service was great, food delicious, even though busy, Dylan was exceptionally positive, caring about our situation and personally made sure that delicious food came out quickly.

Came in here on a Saturday and it was as if there was one person serving it took 30 minutes for our food to get to us and there was no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. Three is a lack of efficiency and the servers need additional training. We ended up late to our next activity.
