11.01.2025 I had a terrible experience at Nando?s. My visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited 50 minutes for our food, but what made it worse was seeing other tables, who arrived after us, being served their meals before ours. When we approached the staff to ask about the delay, the receptionist?s attitude was shocking?rude and dismissive, with no apology. To make matters worse, I was given a glass of water that was sharp and broken. This is not only careless but dangerous. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I won?t be coming back.
The manager did come to apologize, which I appreciated, but he offered a refund as if it was a question. If you really want to make things right, just issue the refund without asking?it shouldn?t be something the customer has to decide. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I won?t be coming back.

I walked into a rather empty restaurant for the hostess to immediately say ?it?s going to be a thirty minute wait? and told me to wait my the tills. This is fine as a walk in, however it was 4pm and not busy and she also didn?t take my name for the reservation which I found a little odd. Eventually I believe the restaurant manager asked if I was waiting for a table and took me straight to one. Food was speedy and tasty. Tried the gravy for the first time but wasn?t a fan at all.

The staff here no manners at all
I visited this Nando?s this evening for my sons birthday; because a slim wait young I think she wore glasses tallies anyway be she thought she didn?t hear my son say thank you to her when she brought I food off
She walked off saying you?re welcome
Toilets had ;3 toilets but only one of them had toilet roll so there was a queue
Its save to say I won?t be visiting this Nando?s again

I visited Nando's and had a mixed experience. The food was served cool, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it took longer than expected to arrive, which affected the overall dining experience. The spice level wasn't as intense as usual, making the flavors less vibrant.
Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope for a better visit next time.

Nice time at the underground level with crew members. Too busy at December and they have good variety of food. Not that much drink and no hot drinks at all ? staff were over loaded but still had a good service
