Appalling service - management don’t care and don’t give the staff enough resources, systems or training to do the job. Horribly ran and escalated issues to the Property Ombudsman as it took me 7 weeks to get a hot water repair and 14 weeks to get it fixed! Half my entire tenancy length. Avoid.
