The store was okay as usual, staff very friendly and nice. BUT unfortunately we decided to stay and have some food, when it arrived it was disgusting, scampi and mushy peas is the easiest sort of food to make. The peas looked like they had been cooked and put on the plate the day before, the chips likewise, had it not taken over half an hour to arrive, we would have complained, when are you companies going to come to your senses and start employing the right amount of people?? Stop trying to appease the accounting department and start working for customer satisfaction.

Place seems to be falling apart. Leaks everywhere fridges off. Items in freezers never seem cold enough. Ice creams always melted. Items frequently out of stock. Grim experience recently

3 weekends on the trot just wanted Saturday breakfast treat after working all week, and every week I get a miserable young ignorant lad walking past as I try asking to be served then ascruffy Uber driver just walked straight past till into the kitchen area (not hygienic) and stayed talking then Luke always I have to pop my head round and ask if anyone is serving because qué is mounting up to get the Sam miserable lad asking what I want and to end it all there will be 25 minute wait for hot food , o walked out because I had already been stood there 13 minutes, if you cannot get the staff why open and advertise, I work in ST Helens and get food every day from there Morrisons with a smile and helpful staff.
Will not be returning to this store again and I hope people read this complaint and do the same

No checkouts open this morning and I had to ask twice why not, as i go at the same time and never had this before. Was told I would have to use scanners but I had trolly full of goods which would have been impractical. I was prepared to leave and told the security person,but they opened a check out and the lady was very nice. NOT IMPRESSED!

Two of us got the Chinese chicken thighs from the hot counter and now have very upset stomachs. There are never enough staff on the self checks out pizza/fish counter and their vegetables are a mostly off. Management needs to sort the store out

4th time in 2 weeks that several people have had to wait at the fish counter over 10 minutes until someone came along after chasing staff. Told they're short staffed and have to split between fish and butchers, plus work times don't allow coverage when shifts end. At least have a bell or call item, so that someone knows you are there!. The customer experience for the fish area has gone right down hill.

I love Morrisons. The cafe does lovely food and love how you can get refills on hot drinks. It is worth the money. It is always well stocked and the staff are good too.

came in the other day.
Pretty much half the fridges/freezers don?t work. Water was leaking all over the floors.
There?s little stock of fresh fruit/veg.
On the other hand, the young lady with short hair and glasses is a credit to the shop. Always has a laugh with us, always helpful and friendly.

I went here today with my son who?s in a wheelchair with things piled in my hands I went to a self serve till put the things on and one of the colleagues came up to me and said not working that one no offer to help me with the shopping I had to another till just walked off customer service at its finest there wasn?t an option for no stars unfortunately
