We did a click and collect and I couldn't ask for a better service. The young man packed all our shopping and put it all in our car. He was very polite and very helpful. Would recommend them.

Morrisons is a very nice place to shop however the service in the cafe is poor to say the least Very few staff available especially if paying at the till.Had to wait 10 minutes for a staff member and this happens all too often .If they don't want to employ more staff then maybe they should close

Bakery section today 30 Nov 2023, thought of shop-made sugar dusted doughnuts.. Oooh, what mistake. How dare they present them for sale? Greasy, the whole lot. Instant heart attack!!

Easy to navigate medium sized supermarket, well stocked, some of the staff need to take a charm school initiative, customer service is not high on the agenda.....

It has anything to everything that you need. From toiletries to food ro clothes to even furniture ?. Also I like that there is an amazon locker right inside the entrance of the car park.

Used to live in Eccles and go to Morrison's Cafe a lot. Today I went there basically in a memory lane walk.... so disappointing... messy, disorganised, rude staff obviously overworked, system of ordering things ourselves is positively crap... no receipt, we have to key in a table number before we actually found a table and sat, tables have a number stuck to table and a different one on a vertical sign, no one has enough time to explain anything so we are just sitting here waiting hopefully that what we paid for will eventually find it's way to our table. Really sad but I will not be coming back!

Below is from a year ago just wanted to add one year on no change. fridges still leaking no shop floor staff and poor shelf management date & fill up wise.Last year :last night 5pm no or low stock on shelves numerous fridges not working chilled aisle was like a swamp numerous fridges leaking including one opposite the deli counter dirty rags on floors signage of wet floors very poor and as always only two tills open Very poor

Everyone friendly in-store ,but the store was very cold all the way round and in the cafe alot of customers were complaining they were cold

This is our local supermarket and I actually really enjoy visiting. A great selection of essentials and luxuries, with lots of changing seasonal items too. Small home + clothing sections where you can often find a really lovely, well-designed item and a great bargain.The staff are on the whole great too, very personable and helpful.Unfortunately the cafe isn?t great, as I think supermarkets over the country are cutting their cafe offerings and understaffing these areas.There also seems to be regular issues with fridges and freezers breaking and staff having to move stock around to deal with this. Unsure why there are such consistent issues here, but looks like the wider company may need to invest more in the equipment and maintenance here. Not the fault of this individual store though.
