Went on self serve today paid cash with a £10 note the machine fired the note back with a big rip in when I told the man on self serve he said the £10 was ripped how did he know but it wasn't ripped then he walked off .He came back n he told me the cash machine was nothing to do with morrisons. Where the customer service I thought he was rude.

I used to really like Morrisons, but it just seems to get worse (Especially the Eccles store) those online shopping people (mostly youngsters) are so rude, they just get in the way. The shelf life on the prepackaged cooked meats is never great either. The More card is a complete waste of time and the worst "loyalty" scheme out of all the supermarkets. I won't be returning.

Gaynor at the salad/deli was wonderful
I ordered some platters for our work party (with difficulty) and Gaynor had them ready and then ran all over the shop with me as I tried to pay for them. You must order them online, not at customer service and give 4 days advanced time. Then you cannot pay for them at the deli or customer service. They were wonderful and were well received by our staff and volunteers. Thank you

I strongly advise anyone who shops here to check the sell by dates on items because I am constantly finding things in the fridges and a couple of times on the shelves that are out of date.
