Just visited Morrison?s in Failsworth and fresh produce was excellent, all products were clearly labelled and there were lots of great offers in store, will def shop there again and highly recommend to others

Constantly out of the same brand of cigarettes and the tobacco kiosk is some of the slowest service I've ever seen. The place needs to be run better. If you continuously run out of the same thing, week after week, your manager is incompetent. So do something about it. Also, the prices nowadays are a joke. For pretty much everything. Constantly rising and a sign of the times.

Not sure why Google is asking me to review Morrisons but here you go, a 4. Only thing missing is one of those help-yourself deli salad bars. They have one at Winsford and makes a great lunch. However the hot food counter was decent and the combo portions are pretty big. Desserts at Morrisons are also King.

This store often miscalculates money, which is okay because it's convenient for me on my way home from get off work, but today I discovered the mistake and the customer service attitude was really bad, as if I owed her money, no good attitude, not even an apology.

Just been in today for a click and collected order for work meeting, Chris carried it all by hand to my van and was exceptionally nice. Above and beyond service from her, you don't pay her enough. Thank you Chris, your an asset to morrisons.

Great shop but I am not happy with security. One of them jumped on me trying to stop me going out. He thought I was stealing . Not spoken to me or ask me. He just crab me . I understand people come in the shop and steal. But I don't look like a shoplifter.

Ordered from the store via uber eats, they missed 3/4 of my order, blaming the driver and still i got charged the full amount. Couldn't get hold of the actual store, and was given the run around.

Not too many staff around to help. The last experience was that when I?d gone in to the store to get some change for a trolly, there was a member of staff outside of the cigarette kiosk talking to a man who she obviously knew, but her language was disgraceful, she saw me looking over but still kept on with her foul language, there was a young Asian woman who was Serving but she didn?t batter an eye lid to the language that was going on around her.
Also, if you are disabled, the disability Scooter that Failsworth Morrisons have ( just the one scooter) is usually out of order. So it?s very hard to get around unless you are fortunate to be able to afford your own Scooter ).
