Just been to collect a 140 win on the lottery was told by a nasty lady on the lottery desk she couldn't pay me not enough funds ,I didn't accept this and asked for a manager,she then when to a different till with a face like thunder and started banging draws got the money and basically threw the money at , terrible customer service terrible untrained staff member,if they don't want the lottery service take it out ,an upsetting experience and took the shine off my win

The range of goods is simply a feast for the buyer! You can find absolutely everything here: from the freshest fruits and vegetables to exotic products that you have never heard of before. Especially pleasing is the availability of farm products, which are of high quality and natural flavor. The prepared food department is a godsend for busy people, you can always find something delicious and fresh for a quick lunch or dinner.

I would like to commend the outstanding customer service, provided by the team at the Morrisons store in Openshaw. In particular, Joe Packman (Operations Manager), Ismail Ali (SRP Manager), and Phil Lane (Store Manager). They were exceptionally efficient and dedicated to delivering a high standard service. They had gone out of their way to help me when I was looking for a specific suitcase.The kindness and teamwork shown by Joe, Ismail, and Phil are a credit to the Morrisons brand. Massive thanks to them ? (Joe, Ismail, Phil) your support was very much appreciated!

Average sized morrisons with helpful, friendly workers.
Clean and well kept.
Been a couple times and it?s never been busy.
There?s also what looks like a morrisons gas station right across the road.

Foreign women on the till hasn?t a clue what she?s doing , queue is ridiculous. Still sat waiting and it?s been 45 minutes!! Never again will I use this Morrisons !

Took sister for last lot of xmas food shopping. Morrisons full of stock. Wegit all we needed. Stopped if at range. All round easy shop. Shop was prepared for last minute shoppers but it was not full walked round easily.
