Great for shopping, nice cafe too

Possibly the worst store on Oxford Road and Grafton Street. The fridges/freezers NEVER WORK! At this point, they might as well shut down because what?s the point in staying open if all you?ve got is shelf items. And I?m not exaggerating here but all they have is literally shelf items and milk and dairy product. Possibly the worst store and it?s only small as well. They seem to say that the reason why the fridges are not working is because of the sun but Sainsbury?s around the corner has been open longer and they never seem to have an issue. The security guards are fresh off the dinghy and some of the staff really need to take a shower before work!

Been shopping here for years. Fantastic prices when compared to other big name shops who have these mini express type stores. The staff and Security members are always welcoming and there is a fantastic selection of products at great prices. Can't beat the Morrisons Savers ready cooked chicken breast (2-pack) and a salad box for price, as both Sainsburys and Tesco are around £2 more expensive.

A good economic supermarket. However, they recently removed some options from the meal deal that made it more competitive to the Sainsbury's next to it. Pastries tend to not be so fresh.

I went to this Morrisons 6 times, and those 6 times I got staff right next to me at self checking. I found it weird because when I arrived at that area, I didn't see anyone but then by magic, I see member of staff from the camera above the self checking. I was super uncomfortable, I don't like people staring at me, it's weird. But reading other reviews complaining about the racism, now it makes total sense.

I witnessed a shocking example of Asian hate today at around 11.00. One of the store members was shouting to an Asian girl as she was struggling to understand what she was asking (or at least the store member automatically assumed that she was unable to) It is absolutely unacceptable to speak to customers like that!

Don't be fooled, this isn't a full sized Morrisons, just a slightly larger mini Morrisons. Not a huge amount of choice and the freezers were out of order, which I'm told is a common problem.

I have always had a great experience at this branch.
For two years my son and I have been stopping at that Morrisons branch almost every morning during the week on our way to a nursery. Our interactions and engagement with Trish have become our morning highlights. At some point we started stopping by at the shop to buy something just to say Hi to Trish. She has always been incredibly helpful -- finding things we need in the shop, introducing us to Morrisons app and the baby club in the app and helping with the check out. My son simply won't let us go past the shop now without coming in, buying something and checking whether Trish is there!
